As the clock struck 1pm, a tall woman with a warm yet authoritative demeanor, dressed impeccably in a tailored suit, stepped forward to the front of the room, her presence commanding immediate attention.
She was the coordinator for the afternoon session.
"Ladies and gentlemen, if I could have your attention, please," she called out, her voice clear and confident.
The chatter gradually subsided as everyone turned to face her. "I hope you all had a refreshing break. We have an exciting challenge ahead of us, so let's dive right in."
