"That will not be necessary," she spat back coldly. "… and sorry for bothering you." With that Kathleen ended the call.
It was the best way to make him come to his senses. The next time he gets her call, he will be more rational and talk like a normal human being.
"Goddess, goddess," Dr Sullivan yelled from the other end of the phone but the only response he got was a beeping tone from the phone signifying that the call had been hung up.
He glanced at the phone and truly the screen showed "call ended."
"Is she angry with me?" His forehead creased as he pondered on why she would suddenly end the call.
"Did I say something wrong?" He sighed and slumped back into his chair. What he had just heard was enough to drain his energy.
''President Hudson? Unbelievable," he muttered underneath his breath.
By then Steffan had gotten a grip on himself. He approached Dr Sullivan's table not sure how he was going to ask him for confirmation.
