A few minutes later he went downstairs to the living room where everyone was already seated and said his greeting in the usual order when they were all together.
"Good morning grandpa."
"Good morning grandma."
"Good morning mummy."
After their corresponding responses, they broke into little chatters, and as expected, Eleanor was the main contributor.
Kathleen received a call and her eyes lit up at the caller ID displayed on her screen.
"Hello there, has the Indomitable President suddenly remembered his family that he left behind?" She turned on the speaker icon as she teased.
"How can you say that, Sis?" complained Jason. "You all are always on my mind. how are you doing?"
"Is that Uncle Jason?" Before Kathleen could reply, Elenor's ecstatic voice rang out causing Kathleen to swallow the words that were on the verge of coming out from her mouth.
