As Kathleen propped up old Mrs Hudson's head to make it easier for her to feed her with the medicine, everyone's eyes were filled with both admiration and deep reverence.
Old Mrs Hudson's maid was the most affected as she couldn't stop shedding tears of joy.
Kathleen, who was already used to such reactions, was focused on the task at hand and paid no attention to them.
Her movements were gentle as she slowly fed old Mrs Hudson with the medicine before helping her to lie back on the bed.
"Among the medicine I've prepared, are some that will make her sleep more," she explained.
"She will be sleeping more often within the next few days so that her body can recover faster."
Her gorgeous purple eyes flickered among them to confirm they were paying attention and not just obsessed over her.
"Nobody should disturb her as she will be more conscious of her surroundings now and slight noises will irritate her," Kathleen patiently instructed.
