It was a peaceful night for Kathleen and she ended up sleeping till 6am the following morning.
She was woken up by Mrs Carr who came to inform her that the children were ready for school. She quickly freshened up and went downstairs to have breakfast.
When she got to the living room, the children were already waiting for her to have breakfast together.
As expected, Eleanor was excited about going to a new school while Elvis just looked calm with a bland expression while eating, after all, he only agreed to enroll in a kindergarten because of Eleanor.
After having breakfast, they headed out to school. Eleanor chatted animatedly all the way.
When they drove through Pratt street, their attention was drawn to the skyscraper and the gold plated signage proudly displaying, HUDSON CORPORATIONS. It stood tall and intimidating in the neighborhood.
