With that she put a call through to her dear daughter whom she haven't seen in days. Perhaps she was still throwing a tantrum or shy about what she did the other day.
"Hello, mom," Lauren answered from the other end.
"Is that how you treat your mother? Don't call me mom again," Sarah scolded feigning anger.
"Don't say that, mom. I've been quite busy, lately, that's why," Lauren pleaded.
"What is so important than me your mother? It is very clear you no longer have me in your heart, if not, why would you abandon me for days leaving me alone to tend to that useless son of mine that had chosen to forget the basic things in life? I'm so hurt right now and feel so abandoned," Sarah whined and sounded so hurt that Lauren, who clearly knew Sarah was at it again was still affected by her tone.
"Alright. I will come over to see you this Sunday. How about that?"
