"What are you doing here, you ill-fortuned bitch?" Joanne yelled the moment she saw Kathleen emerge from the emergency room.
Lauren's eyes widened in shock alongside Jason's, who wasn't fast enough to save his sister from Mrs Hudson's slap.
He sprang up to go to Kathleen but the warning gaze she shot at his direction stopped him midway.
"Don't tell me you are still in contact with my son?" Joanne squinted her eyes as an idea struck her.
"Just prepare your coffin in advance because if I find out that what happened to my son has anything to do with you, the death you refused to die from the crash will be delivered to you with my bare hands."
Jason was seething with rage the more he heard Joanne fling those hateful words at his sister.
He had made several attempts to take action but each time he did, Kathleen who was facing him would signal him to calm down.
