"Enough! You are not my family. I am tired of all of you. My real family is long gone!" Calavera shouted, her voice filled with frustration and anger. Vaxian could sense the seriousness of her words.
"Another boring story," Sam sighed, feeling disinterested and unengaged. Roxton, on the other hand, had a completely different reaction. His face turned red with anger and frustration as he shouted, "I can't believe you could stab me in the back!" The hurt and betrayal were palpable in his voice as he struggled to comprehend how someone he trusted could let him down in such a manner.
As soon as the sky turned red, Shan wasted no time in giving orders. With a commanding tone, he instructed Ash and Asher to get the people of Borealis to safety while the rest of the team dealt with Roxton.
In the midst of a heated confrontation, Roxton launched a sudden and vicious attack on Calavera, who was taken aback and overwhelmed by fear. Despite her efforts to escape, she found herself rooted to the spot, unable to move or defend herself. It seemed as though all hope was lost until Madaiyen arrived on the scene and intervened just in time. With lightning-fast reflexes, Madaiyen blocked Roxton's attack and shielded Calavera from harm, allowing her to recover and regain her footing. The three combatants stood locked in a tense standoff, each sizing up the other and preparing for the next move in this high-stakes battle.
As the group was being attacked by enemies, Luca, a close friend of Asher, quickly stepped in and used his special abilities to create a powerful protective barrier around everyone. The barrier was so strong that it managed to stop the enemies' attacks from penetrating it, thus safeguarding everyone inside. The group felt much safer with Luca's protection, and they were able to focus on taking down the enemies without worrying about their own safety.
"Are you okay?" he asked Calavera to check on her wellbeing. Without hesitation, she replied, "Yeah, I'm good!" Her response was filled with courage.
Madaiyen thanked Luca for stepping in and he replied with a smile. He then left for Sam.
Sam was hovering in mid-air when he chuckled and greeted Luca. "Hey, if it isn't Luca the..." Before he could complete his sentence, Luca punched him in the stomach, sending him flying. "I don't need an introduction," Luca said to himself.
Jennie's fast reflexes made Hinata fall to her knees as she shot her arm with a sharp blade. Lily's anger boiled up seeing her friend in pain and she immediately demanded Jennie to release Hinata. Her fury was so intense that it made her claws spring out and in the heat of the moment, she left a scar mark on Jennie's face.
As Jennie was preparing to launch a powerful attack, Shan swiftly kicked her from behind. Meanwhile, Lorelai was still indoors and unaware of the ongoing battle. After hearing the commotion, she rushed outside only to realize what was happening. At this moment, Jacqueline spotted Lorelai and assumed she was a powerless newcomer. Without hesitation, Jacqueline decided to attack her.
As Jacqueline glided over to Lorelai, her smirk suggested that she had ulterior motives. Lorelai's memory was jogged as she recalled that Jacqueline had been present when Roxton first arrived on Earth. This realization made her feel uneasy, as she knew that Roxton had been a target for those who sought to exploit his otherworldly knowledge.
When Jacqueline asked if Lorelai needed help, Lorelai's suspicion was fully aroused. In a flash, she realized that Jacqueline was a deceiver, intent on tricking her into a deadly trap. Lorelai's response was swift and decisive, "I do not need you, deceiver!". Jacqueline was caught off guard by Lorelai's sudden hostility and her ice powers sent Jacqueline flying backwards through the air. As Jacqueline tumbled away, Lorelai stood poised, ready to defend herself against any further threats.
Jacqueline accidentally fell onto Izira while she was creating monsters to defeat them. "Be careful Jac!" Izira said firmly.
"Fuck! She's strong!" Jacqueline said to herself, Lorelai smiled and praised herself, "Hm! Talk about me not practicing! Hahaha, this is how I roll!"
Asher, who had safely led the people, dodged enemy attacks and contacted Bonnie.
Bonnie suddenly appeared behind her companion with great excitement, and began to defend against all attacks using her spells. Phoenix had successfully created the Fire Giants, while Izira was struggling to summon hers. Shahina praised Phoenix for her exceptional work. Madaiyen headed towards Roxton and playfully twisted her arm, saying "You're not my type, aunt!" with a smirk.
Shan did a backflip landing on Roxton's arm, and then he jumped off, while they had been fighting for quite a long time now, the moon began to part from the sun.
Jake had been under constant attack from Mini, who seemed to be using him as her personal plaything. Though the attacks were often sudden and unexpected, Jake managed to evade them all, almost as if he were playing a game. However, in one particular instance, Mini's attack was interrupted by an incoming threat from one of the Fire Giants. Jake quickly scooped Mini up in his arms and held her close, staring at her for a moment before quickly shifting his attention to the incoming danger. With swift reflexes, he managed to divert the attack and then frowned.
As Mini stood beside him, she couldn't help but feel stunned and speechless. The way he held her, with such poise and confidence, made her heart race and her cheeks flush. For a moment, she was lost in the moment, completely enchanted by his charm. But as she regained her senses, a sense of doubt crept in. "No way!" she thought to herself. "I'm not falling for that!"
Jake was standing there, perplexed and bewildered. He had no idea what Mini was talking about. "Fall for what?" he asked in a polite tone, hoping to get some clarity. However, Mini's response was far from what he was expecting. In an instant, she unsheathed her sword and assumed a battle stance, ready to attack him once again. The sudden change in her demeanor caught Jake off guard, and he was left wondering what he had done to deserve this aggression.
At this point, the Moon was already halfway away from the sun. Asher knew it was dangerous to leave the portal of their enemy open as the eclipse was about to end.
In the midst of chaos, Asher's voice could be heard from a distance, shouting at Bonnie to shut the portal immediately. While Bonnie hurried towards the portal, she was relieved to find that nobody was blocking her way. After a quick scan of her book of spells, she stumbled upon a particularly potent one that could end the portal once and for all. With her heart racing, she focused all her energy and chanted the spell with utmost precision. The portal slowly began to shrink and eventually disappeared into thin air, leaving Bonnie and Asher in a state of relief and accomplishment.
As soon as the portal closed, Roxton and the rest of the group vanished into thin air, leaving everyone in awe. It was a sudden and unexpected turn of events that caught everyone off guard. Despite the confusion, there was a collective sigh of relief as the eclipse ended on time, thanks to Bonnie and Asher. Their quick thinking and bravery saved the day and prevented a catastrophic event from occurring.
