Will opens the door and Nico comes rushing in, laughing his ass off.
I'm caught between sighing in relief and the urge to slit the idiot's throat. "This isn't funny!"
He's laughing so hard that he can barely breathe. "It is! You should have seen your faces."
"I should have killed you before Cat stopped me," Will snaps.
"You know you would never have done that. I'm your beloved brother." He winks. He may be acting all annoying and insane, but I understand him when I think about it. This incident has not just been nerve-wracking for us.
His loyalty may have seemed to waver for a second, but he loves his brother. If we both died on that cliff, I can't imagine the pain and guilt he would have endured for quite possibly the rest of his life.
