Elena Rossi is a delicate existence. She could be the sword I use against Catalina but at the same time, the inferno that sets the De Santi syndicate ablaze if used by the wrong person. I thought about this before hiring her. Part of me wanted to reject Catalina's request and pretend the little girl doesn't exist, but after thinking about it, it all boiled down to rationality.
