3rd POV*
While Ascella was talking with the spirit Genib, Alioth and Mizar were staring at each other's eyes in confusion. They were confused to what is happening because all they can see is there son talking to the air while having a satisfied smile on his face. "What is he doing..?" Alioth asked his wife while tilting his head. "I.. also don't know, should we try asking him?" She suggested making Alioth shake his head. "Nah, leave him be, I am sure he is talking to something we can't see.. if you still had your bloodline with you then you might be able to see who or what he is talking to" Alioth said while giving Mizar a wry smile. "... We already talked about this, don't bring this conversation again dear.." she said as she walked back to their house.
Alioth saw that and regretted bringing the topic up, "Wait!" He followed her leaving Ascella and Genib still talking to each other. "You just need mana right? Then I can provide it to you.. how about coming with me for my upcoming adventure? We might be able to bring your memories back during the journey" Ascella bring his offer to her who was skeptical about it. "You can provide Genib mana? As far as Genib remembers, humans on your age don't really possess the ability to get in touch with mana" Genib said, Ascella didn't say anything as he just touched her head and began pouring mana onto her body. Genib shivered on her spot as large amount of mana entered her body, the potency of the mana was too high that she was getting drunk from it. "S-Stop! Stop! Its too much!" Genib shouted.
Ascella stopped as he pulled back his hand, Genib could see small grin on his face as she puffed her cheeks in annoyance. "What was that! You almost blew Genib!" She complained gaining a small chuckle from Ascella. "Now do you believe in me? I can satisfy your needs and you get the chance to travel with me.. isn't that interesting enough? I am sure that you are curious to what I did and how I did it but you can only get your answer if you accept my offer" Ascella said while giving her hand towards her. Genib grumbled for a second before taking one of his finger and shaking it, "Genib, a descendant from the Greater Spirit of Light Algenib!" For the first time in their chat, she introduced herself properly, "Ascella, just a normal folk in this rural village" Ascella also did the same with a satisfied smile on his face.

In a large room with many expensive furnitures lying around, a girl around the age of 16 could be seen pacing around while biting her teeth. She was the 2nd Princess of the Thalassia Kingdom, a shoulder length pink hair that represent her royalty, along with the symbol of Shield shining on her beautiful long dress. Not long, her bedroom door was opened with a loud bang by an old man with majestic presence hovering around him. "Fera, what did you see this time?" He asked in a stern voice while looking at the girl who immediately went on a knee. "Royal Father.. something is coming.. I can't recognize its silhoutte but it will surely bring a unexpected surprise to everyone in this kingdom.. that much I can guarantee" the girl called Fera spoke in respectful tone towards the old man.
"An unknown variable has appeared.. everything is happening too fast. Fera, do your best gathering more informations about that person, we need to know everything about him before other imbecile take the lead first" King Regulus ordered Adhafera who just lowered her head. "By your will" even though they are father and daughter, she still took a respectful stance towards the King as she adhere the rules to the heart. Adhafera is a seer, she was the blessing of the kingdom as she can inform them of disasters before it happen, that is why from all of the Kings child she is the only one that she placed an nickname to. That thing showed how much he favored her over the other childrens. "Although I did say do your best, keep in mind to take care of your health Fera. We can't afford to lose you in this situation" Regulus said with warmth on his eyes.
"...Did those monsters start moving Father? I already witnessed their gathering of weapons but I have never seen more after that" Adhefera asked with concern on her face, her ability could only be used once a month and it could not look at the same thing twice, that is why she doesn't have any information to what is happening. "Yes, they began their marching from their continent.. it seems like they finally couldn't take living in that area, I can understand their thoughts as being able to eat once a week is already an blessing for them.. Gods placing them in that place is really cruel" King Regulus got a symphatizing look on his face before it vanished, he can't pity the enemy during this situation as based on the information he gathered, those monsters will began their attacks at their kingdom. It would not be a surprise if they already entered some village or so..
King Regulus shook his head erasing that thought not knowing that it already raised a flag. "I'm going to return and have a meeting, we will consider the mysterious person later as this is an emergency situation. Thank you for the information Fera" King Regulus nonchantly thanked the princess who gained a huge smile at that. The King left the room along with the guards who came with him. Everything that happened here is a month before *Ascella* arrived at this world.

.
Its been a few days since Ascella met Genib, the following days were satisfying for Ascella as he digested some things that Genib remembered. It seems that not all of her memories were lost, she still retained some memories that are vital to her existence, she gave those informations as she already deemed him nice enough to be trusted. She was amazed by his talent in magic as she saw him practicing once, it was too stunning to see various elements of magic floating in the air. She thought that in this pace, Ascella might be able to equal even an Great Spirit in terms of magic. Though she just shrugged those silly thoughts out of her head and just enjoyed her life in this rural village.
Ascella also spent those few days studying many things in this world, common sense is one of them.. though he is having a hard time coping with it as it was too weird for him. Here, people use stone or leaves to clean their ass after taking a shit, Ascella couldn't adapt to that kind of thinking specially when he could just use water magic to solve that problem.
The two of them were laying in the big tree where they first met when Ascella suddenly stood up and tilted his head. Noticing that, Genib also followed and asked, "What happened, why did you suddenly stood up Ascella?" Ascella ignored her first as he inspected the air.. to be precise the mana in the air. The mana in the atmosphere is always fixed, that is why he is confuse when hundred miles away from this place the mana were dispersing. As if they are afraid to come in contact with something, he looked at Genib and tilted his head. "Genib, is there a natural phenomenon where mana suddenly disperse?" He asked making Genib confuse. "Well.. Genib doesn't remember anything about a phenomenon like that but I do remember a place where mana don't gather at all..." Genib said.
She lost memories of that place but the stock knowledge remained on her head. "Hm? There is a place like that? It seems like I really lack knowledge.. can you elaborate what kind of place is it? It might turn into my weakness as without mana I could not do magic" Ascella asked as he pondered about such place. "It is in the Western Wastes. The most harsh and unforgiving land in this world.. or so they say. It is cursed by a bunch of gods leading to it void of any mana.. instead the one who replaced it was miasma, born from the negative thoughts of beings" Genib explained as Ascella frowned, that place was much worse than he expected. 'This is too unbalanced that it looks disturbing to me..' Ascella thought.
"Let's stop there. Its not like I would go that place anyway. I prefer traveling towards peaceful and beautiful lands." Ascella said as he returned to the comfortable grass under the shade. He has already forgotten about the disturbance in the mana just now as he continued lazing around. Though he is not just lazing as he's been gathering mana in the atmosphere and shoving it in his body, he observed that because of how big his mana capacity is, its giving burden to his body, so he thought of a solution which is supplementing mana to his muscles and tissues to make them stronger. His body eventually got used to handling mana which resulted in great harvest for him. While Ascella was doing that Genib was scratching her head as she thought that she has forgotten something important.
The next day, Ascella was awoken by a great commotion happening outside his house, he looked around and nodded his head when he felt a mana forming a small figure. "Haaahh.. Goodmorning Genib" he greeted her while yawning. "Good morning too, Ascella" Gineb responded before flying to Ascella's head and making herself comfortable on his hair. Ascella took a peek on his wooden window as he raised his eyebrow. "What's happening Ascella? Did a person die?" Genib asked as she can't see from the many villagers gathering. "It seems like a bigshot has arrived in this village, let's get closer to him" Ascella yawned again before descending his house. He saw that his parents were not there and concluded that they were among the peoples who are gathering.
He arrived at the place as he looked in awe, he saw 2 person in full plate riding a armored horse galloping around. It was a scene thats new to him, a person from modern world. Mana lights appeared on his vision again as he inspected the two, he was disappointed when he saw that there are no mana in their bodies. Suddenly something happened that is out of his expectations, the horses that they were riding met the eyes of Ascella as they started freaking out. Ascella was confused only for Genib to answer it for him, "They are scared.. its animal instinct to fear those who are stronger than them.. right now those horses are fearing the insane strength you possess... and also your mana" Genib said.
"My mana? What does it do?" Ascella asked, making Genib's face crumple. "Do you really not realized? It might be because you are too focused on the mana in the atmosphere that you ignored yours. Your mana right now is too huge.. in fact even bigger than the Greater Spirit Algenib.. even normal people or animals could now see something from your figure.. that is why you are too scary for them" Genib said. Ascella finally realized why people seemed to keep their distance from him in this village. They are too scared from him to even thought of talking to him. "Sigh.. you should've said from the start.." Ascella said as he place an reminder on his head to think of a solution to this problem later on. His attention returned to the knights who are trying to calm their horses. They eventually did it but not with the horses turning their heads away from Ascella.
"I apologize for the disgraceful display but we are now in a hurry. Basically, your land is going to be ravage by the monsters and we are here to inform you.. evacuating or not will be your choice, we won't stop you" the knight said as the villagers got alarmed. Among those villagers were Mizar and Alioth, their faces turned serious upon hearing that news but they did not panic like everyone else did, "Should we leave with them dear?" Mizar asked as she gazed at Alioth worriedly. "That is probably the best thing to do.." Alioth consented as their decision was made. "We predicted that the monsters will arrive in 2 days so you have that much time to pick things that you will need.. we won't disturb you anymore so do as you please" the knight finished his words making the villagers panic even more.
"Wait! You good sirs won't help us? Please! we will give you coins, this place is especial to us so we can't just leave it" the village chief pleaded as the knight closed his eyes and shook his head. "If there are only 1 monsters then me and my partner would have been able to handle them.. but we are talking about a horde here, so we can't help you in any way" the knight said in sadness. While everyone was panicking only one person was grinning like a maniac among the crowd. It is Ascella, this event is exciting for him. There is no doubt that he will try meeting those monsters that the knights mentioned. "This is getting more interesting.." he muttered with a smile.
