This was the Status of the first Vampire that fought Endyr. She had looked at it as soon as she recovered from his first attack, and it allowed her to come up with a plan to defeat an opponent that would have otherwise killed her.

Endyr had coated her body with Water Mana beneath her clothes and subtly altered its density and composition during the fight. It had taken finesse control and a lot of concentration, thus disabling part of her fighting capabilities, but in the end she had succeeded. When Arjax stabbed into her abdomen, he had hit this layer of water instead.

Endyr then sent it onto his body, trying to inject her Mana into his body and cause his Mana to short circuit. However, Arjax activated his Nether and purged the invading Mana before any real harm could be done. Such a tactic was common amongst Vampires, so he had been well rehearsed on what to do.

With her sneak attack failing, and Arjax ramping up the intensity of the fight, Endyr was forced to use another move. Controlling what remained of the specialised Water Mana, Endyr condensed it further and drew in even more from the atmosphere around her. She drew in so much that the air in the room became dry and stale, though only Kulkiri noticed due to his mist being affected.

Endyr formed a "tentacle" from the transformed Mana and stuck Arjax with it, sending the Vampire flying and gravely injured. While the attack had inflicted major damage, it had also drained half of Endyr's remaining Mana reserves. [Vessel of Mana] allowed Endyr heightened Mana regeneration and reduced consumption, but even her Title struggled to compensate for such expenditure.

And now, she had to deal with a second Vampire. Who was even stronger than the first!

Unlike her partner, Marianne was a full-fledged Vampire Noble and was on the cusp of becoming a Grandmaster. Her Skill arsenal was more robust and lethal than Arjax's and Endyr could see she was more experienced too.

Of course, Endyr mostly saw a rapier inches away from stabbing her brain through the eye.

Marianne had thrown what Endyr assumed was a Dark Orb, which exploded and knocked her unconscious for a second. When Endyr regained her bearings, she was lying on her back and the Vampire Baroness was standing on top of her, poised to end her life in on swift plunge.

Adrenaline surged through Endyr, time slowing down as her mind went into overdrive. She had cards left to play yes, but they were all closely tied to her nature as an [Abomination]. And the System claimed her Anti-Analysis could stop even the Gods from Scrying her location, it never mentioned if it cut off any connections established BEFORE she received the Skill. The fact she had been targeted almost immediately in the Astral World also didn't inspire confidence in her Skill.

As she mentally looked through her arsenal for something to help, the rapier came ever closer to her eye. Realising that beggars couldn't be choosers, she decided to handle the consequences when they arrived and just deal with the imminent threat for now. Time resumed its normal flow as Endyr opened her mouth and spat out a word.

[ᛋᚻᚪᛏᛏᛖᚱ (Shatter)]

As soon as the word make contact with reality, the latter crumpled. A roaring crescendo of ripping fabric and shattering glass resounded as the very world shuddered under the weight of Endyr's speech.

Anyone who hears words spoken in this tongue will suffer damage directly to the soul and mind. The user can force Concepts to take form through this Skill and directly damage the fabric of the Infinite Universe.]

Marianne K'sthalt was flung back in an explosion of blood and gore as her body unravelled at the seams. Along the way, she collided with the barely alive Arjax, crushing him to fine paste. The rest of the room was similarly decimated by the effects of Endyr's Skill, with all remaining furniture being shredded and all living beings either being critically wounded or having their minds collapse. Endyr was in her own form of trouble too.

After speaking a word of Infinity, her jaw had exploded and her entire being shrieked in agony. Her mortal vessel was not built to handle such high calibre words, as a cosmic backlash struck her. For a brief moment Endyr floated between life and death as her body threatened to collapse under the weight of her own attack. Endyr could sense something spreading inside her: a great emptiness that was consuming her mortal self.

But before the void could gain ground, Endyr felt an anchor connection her soul to her mortal body. Feeling returned, with the first sensation being an overwhelming amount of pain. Blood poured like a fountain from her eyes, ears and mouth. Or what was once a mouth, since now she only had an upper jaw. Her tongue hung loose by her throat as Endyr struggled to breath without drowning in her own blood.

The room had been in bad shape before Endyr activated her Skill, but now it looked like a typhoon came through. The walls, floor and ceiling all looked ready to collapse at the slightest trigger and no furniture remained intact. One of the Vampires fighting Kulkiri lay dead on the ground, his exploded head formed a morbid halo of blood. The other one was still alive but was folded like a pretzel. Kulkiri himself was nowhere to be found.

The two brothers had been struck by Endyr's attack too, though they seemed to have hid in the shadows alongside their foes. All four had escaped the major damage, but they all suffered either a concussion or burst eardrums. One Vampire was already close to regaining his bearings, with the other not far behind.

Erich and Johan were both on their knees and struggling to breathe, though they seemed to be mostly intact. Still, they were recovering slower than their Vampire counterparts and would be in danger soon enough. Yet before Endyr could think of helping them, a different presence caught her attention.

From the far side of the room, a pile of meat and bone shuddered and shot upwards, stitching itself back together into the shape of a female. Before Endyr's shocked eyes, Marianne K'sthalt was resurrected from the dead. All her clothes were gone, though her rapier had survived with a few cracks. Furthermore, the Vampire Baroness had undergone a transformation: her aura had increased and sublimed into a purer variant. Endyr's battered body screamed alarms at the sight of the Vampire. Hurriedly casting Analysis, Endyr saw what had happened.
