Chapter 137 - Killing Intent

A strange sensation froze my body mid-swing.

"The hell?"

It felt as if some kind of pressure was pushing down my very skin. It was a very familiar sensation, one that I had faced from the blue-flames man.

"Kanga—ROO!"

I had left the headgear and the chest plates back in my home. It was a mistake.

A dagger stabbed straight into my chest after the sensation that stopped me in my tracks.

I immediately jumped back and regrouped my senses.

In front of me, a kangaroo with horns and two twin daggers hopped around. This Killer Kangaroo was the culprit of the sensation I had just felt.

I grinned as the goosebumps filling up my skin slowly started to disappear.

"This guy…"

Along with that, the soul energy I had consumed all this while started to heal the wound. It took merely a drop in the pool of energy I had collected.
