Three very beat-up kids sat in front of me as I watched them from the chair. All three of them had their lips swollen and eyes teary from the beating they had just received.
Would they ever insult me or anyone like this again? Probably not. They better not.
"Why was I hit too?" Andrew Anderson mumbled but shut up when I raised my foot again.
"Now then, where were we?" I asked, dusting my hands and placing some cold water on my cheeks.
"I managed to get the hobgoblins. I can take on two, but twenty would be straight-up impossible."
"Won't they know that you knocked them out?" Asked Alex.
"Not a problem," I said. "I'll meet Alice on my way back and use some magic on them. Dark Magic is endlessly convenient."
Lewis sniffled and looked up at me.
"You," I called him out. "What was that thing with the woman, what did you see?"
