This is because, by beckoning the people, and the people becoming aware of the need for the development and growth of the church or organisation, the will devote their time, energy, spondulick and resources towards the betterment and advancement of that business or church. So, it's a good initiative to involve the people when making decisions and not otherwise become dictatorial, trying to always impose your decisions on folks.

After the identification of the problems, the decision making bodies should draw a prioritisation list of the problems. The problems should be arranged in their order of magnitude, so that, the most pressing issues are dealt with before the minor ones, so not to culminate into anything catastrophe, topsy-turvy and ramshackle on the part of members. It doesn't matter how highbrow, egghead and knowledgeable you are and how the acuity of speech can be. Until you've ascertained and learnt to get yourself acquainted to some of these principles, nothing works for you and at the latter part, you can run completely in a pool of bankruptcy and plummet.

Since there are diverse ways of solving problems, decision making bodies should explore all possibilities of finding solutions to pressing issues and not sit down dormant, static and penelopize things.
✓SUPPORT OF THE PEOPLE
Support of members of an organisation, church, among others is also another factor to lay accentuation on, when making decisions. In this, the people for whom they make decisions must come into agreement and acceptance of their proposals before they can delve on to look at its implementation.
✓FUNDING AND RESOURCES
As said earlier, decisions cannot be taken in a vacuum. They must have basis or fundamentals and one of the basis is the availablity of funds and resources. Decisions can only be implemented based on the resources and spondulicks provided by the members to ensure the establishment of any initiative.
