I couldn't sleep at all last night, am pretty sure my eye is evidence to that. My wolf just won't rest. It kept growling and weeping wanting me to go after that smell but I just can't. Am not gonna go after a human and claim her, she's weak, of what use is she to me at least that's how I feel but a bite of me craves her, wants her, wants to protect her since she's human; but I can't let myself become weak cause of a human mate.
I decided to head to school today. Although am the alpha I still go to school and I did pretty well at school, my scores were all good.
My school is right choice college the same school with her, yh I Know. You may be wondering why I chose to still go to school knowing that she will be there. Am pretty sure ignoring her won't be hard since she's a human, that means she won't understand the pull she has towards me and I think a part of me wanna see her, wanna Know how she looks like, the sound of her voice,I wanted to have that smell close to me. It's just a desire it's not like I'll actually make them come through.
I was heading down stairs when I head the voice of my beta and his mate along side Davin and Claire
"Do you think she is his mate?" Claire voice could be heard
" And what makes you think so" Daniel asked
" Well for starters you said he asked you to find the owner of that smell and he was quite curious to find out" Claire answered him
I dropped dead in my track as it registered in my head that I was the topic of discussion. Why will Daniel do something like that Alpha and beta's duty ain't meant to be disclosed to outsider, but than again were this four wolves I've known my whole life outsider?
"and you said he turned pale when you told him she was a human girl and my brother that I Know won't just get curious about a newbie for no reason" Elena chipped in
I think this is the perfect time to make an appearance, am sure there have been waiting for me long enough.we go to school together in our individual cars.i started moving downstairs not before Daniel replied them saying
"Look guz you guz should stop talking about this, we ain't sure. I just told you guz cause I didn't like the look on his face and so I thought maybe something is wrong,"
"Daniel is right you Know" Davin replied.
My loud footsteps could be heard as there all turned and look towards the direction I was coming from. There bowed their heads in submission even tho we are friends there never fail to show their respect and loyalty that's what I like about my crew.
I nod my head in acknowledgement.
"Shall we go?"I asked
"Yeah" there all replied before following right behind me as we left the pack house.
We arrived school a bit late but that was not a problem cause our school is run by both wolves and human. The wolves respect me cause an their alpha, the human fear me and see me as a very rich kid.
My wolf have been in edge since morning and now we are in school it seem to get worst. he was so excited to finally meet his mate and I think a part of me was also happy and anxious. I just wanna see her nothing can go wrong right? It's not like an gonna tell her "hey am Jayson's Andrea your mate" as much as I wanted to do that I can't, cause she's just a fragile woman that I won't accept.
I head towards my economics class. Her scent could be smelled heavily at the spot am standing which means she must be in the economics class. more than anything I wanted to turn and run go anywhere that she's not but than again y will I run? Am Jayson's Andrea alpha of the moonlight ring pack I don't fear anyone not even a human.
I took a deep breath and opened the door to the lectures hall. Her smell was so powerful it sent my wolf to the edge. I shut my eye as I and my wolf fought for dominance. I finally gained control just to open my eye to catch her staring at me wild eye. We stare at each other before the lecturer asked me to take a sit so the class can resume. I wanted to sit anyway else but not near her cause I might lose control but hell no!! my wolf won't listen. He directed our foot step to her sit and he commanded the guy jemmy or what ever his name is to move and he immediate picked up his stuffs and went to a sit at the far end.
My wolf smiled inwardly and whispered "finally". we sat quietly listening to what the lecturer was saying when I noticed her doing some drawing of some sort. I couldn't make out what she was drawing cause she only just started but it sure caught my attention. I swear she's fucking beautiful. The way she's so focused in what ever she's drawing makes me wonder what she's actually doing. Wait a sec, is that a wolf she's outlining?
I couldn't hold my curiosity back anymore so I asked her
"What you drawing" what I said caught her attention as she looked up. Her eye was so damn attractive, it was like the sun itself in it's full glory. Her eye were yellowish which made me wonder if that's normal or is she putting on a contact lenses I can't help but wonder.
Everything about her screamed perfect, she looked beautiful and than I began to wonder will it be possible to stay away from her? Every thought I had before about her being a weak human and not being able to match up with me were all vanished from my memory.
She looked breathtaking. More than anything my Wolf so wanna to claim here right here right now, I could feel him fighting for control her smell was so intoxicating that it clam me down. More than anything I wanted her body wrapped around mine, I wanted her close, I so wanted to kiss those beauty full lips of hers, I wanted to find out if she tasted as sweet as she looks. And that's when I noticed my balls getting hard,fuck!! How can just sitting next to her get me this hard. This human will be the end of me that's for sure as much as I wanna keep off her I kept wondering will that be possible?
"Your eye....." She whispered in a shocked and surprised tone with a hint of fear. Oh no I need to get my wolf under control I don't want her to be scared of me. I know she already saw my eye change from grey to black due to shift in my emotions and I and my wolf fighting for dominance.
"What happened to my eye my darling" I asked acting like I had no ideal what she's talking about.
"It just changed" she replied
"Changed?" I asked her again still messing with her
"yh"she replied still staring at me
"How?" I asked her
"I don't know forget it. Just kidding"
"Ohh ohk if you say so, so what you drawing?"
she looked at me with surprise evidence in her face when she replied
"What?" There was confusion in her voice before I pointed to her book indicting what I meant.
She looked at her book and looked up at me and replied
"I don't know" she raised her head to look at me with confusion written all over her face. suddenly her yellowish eye changed into a brighter yellow more like the colour of the sun when it's in its full glory
"what the fuck" was the only thing I could say. The colour of her eye was blinding and beautiful. I didn't have much time to comprehend what I saw before she let out an ear piercing scream holding her head in her hands. The more she screamed the Brighter her yellowish eye shined. Her eye was magnificent like nothing I have ever seen before and believe me when I tell you I have seen things behold your comprehension.
My wolf fought for control and he kept telling me to hold her, to wrap my arms around her and I asked him "will that ease the pain" when he replied
"Just do it"
I wrap my arms around her and immediately she went silent. I looked at her in my arms, she looked so peaceful, so beautiful, so breathtaking so...
"Alp.. Jayson what happened?" Daniel asked me with a worried expression written all over his face.
"She...., Cassie, she's...."
"Who's Cassie" Elena asked
I gave her the are you kidding me look
"Oh your mate" she replied
"She's not my.....in fact forget it help me take her to the school clinic"
When I raised my head up I meant series of eyes staring Right at me.
"What! Mind your business" I said with my alpha voice and immediately all eyes turned to the opposite direction, looking away from us.
Cassie Andy POV
The lecturer stood in front of the class and called on the new student which is me to come to introduce herself.
I stood up with all eyes on me, I didn't feel effected cause am use to the stares after all I was once a bee Queen although I'll get my position back pretty soon.
"Hello," I began "am Cassie Andy" and am studying business management. Am new here.
"Hello Cassie your welcome, please take your sit" he said while smiling at me.
I gave him a small nod and went ahead to sit in the vacant sit in the far end of the class.
Few mins after I took my sit, the temperature of the class dropped. It became so hot all of a sudden that I began to wonder if the gate of hell opened up all of a sudden. I look around wondering and searching the source of this sudden hotness.
My eyes roam the lectures hall when it landed on a pair of grey eyes standing right in front of the door, he looked breathtaking, deliciously hot. I stare at him for few minutes before breaking eye contact with him. He moved directly towards my sit, I could literally hear the sound of my beating heart. I made a silent prayer for God to save me from this temptation in form of a human.
"Move" I heard him say to a guy sitting next to me who looked like he will pee in himself any minute from now due to fear. Ohk rude I silently told myself. How can such a hottie have a rotten character. I know your wondering since I was the bee Queen I must have been like that but that's a lie. I didn't associate with everyone yh but I didn't treat people like trash either. I just hang around my kind of people and ignored the rest but I don't think I have intentionally hurt them or treat them like trash but of cause everyone like you thinks am bad and all maybe because of how people paint bee Queens to be.
He sat beside me in a not too comfortable silent. I could feel him staring at me which made me wonder if he was actually understanding anything that the lecturer was actually saying.
"What you drawing" his voice sent cold shivers round my body n bones. I couldn't alter a word I just kept looking at his grey eyes that looked so beautiful, how can a guy look this likably? I was lost in his eye when I notice the constant shifting and changing of his eye colour.
"Your eyes" I whispered still staring at him, there was something about his eye that attracted me to them
"What happened" his face showed of that of seriousness and confusion but his eye showed off amusement
"It changed" I replied him
"Changed?"
"Yh"
"How?" He asked
"I don't know, forget it i was just kidding".
" Oh ok if you say so. So what are you drawing?"
" What?" I asked confused by what he just said
He pointed at the book and pencils on my desk and to my surprise I was actually drawing but I honestly didn't know what I was drawing I didn't know what inspired me to draw to be exact
"I don't know" I replied him
All of a sudden my head started spinning with my vision getting blur. I started to see dogs running around in the woods before I head him whisper "what the fuck!"
I couldn't take the pain anymore, my head just won't stop hurting. All of a sudden I received a sharp pain on my head and I let out a loud piercing scream as much as I wanted to stop screaming I couldn't. I kept seeing pictures of dogs and me with one grey dog.i was still screaming when I felt warm arms Around me sending electricity in a good kind of way round my body and immediately my screams stop and I saw him, he was standing near a wild looking grey dog and all of a sudden I was taken over by slumber
