The next day skull surveyed the area and immediately draw his blue prints. He hired some local engineers and immediately created a restaurant. He bought some solar lights, sea buoy, and neon lights. He then assembled the solar light and buoy so he could create lights during night unto the sea infront of his beach restaurant. Then he hired some local people and trained them as a barista and chef, and other service crew. He then created some neon lights in star form tied into the rope so that it could give lights during night. He also made it sure that the floating solar lamp are in ancient form. He then bought some equipments and utensils for his restaurant and he also made it sure that there would be enough stocks for his so called business venture. Then another pile of 6 floating cottage appear in front of him. He made it sure that it would be long enough to attract more tourist customer. He then bought some lieasure activities for his resort such as pool and beach volley ball and lawn tennis court. He also bought some beach benches and stone carved Teddy bear. In just 2 weeks, he finally finished his new beach resort, and paid some taxes so that it would be registered on local government. "Would you like us to advertise your resort.?" Asked by the municipal officer, then skull answered "Sure, not a problem". So skull processed the business registration on legal way. He then observed how his resort look at night and with his camera and phone, he created an animation and short clip of his new resort. He made it sure that the purple, and orange red cloud of the night was highlighted. The solar lamp, and neon light floating at night was included. His staffs and crew are included along with 6 floating cottage formed as a bar and restaurant are highlighted. In just a day, he finished creating the advertisements clip and was Immediately sent to his companies staff. "What the fuck, the boss is on fire again. Look at his resort?.". said by his staff then all of a sudden, their eyes went wide and they clapped and went nuts. "You are permanently free to have an access to this resort.". Then all of his staffs immediately procesed the advertisement. "Finally, the boss is giving us a luxurious resting place.". In just a month, his so called resort was publicly introduced into the local tourist and travellers. To his surprise, some businesses finally synchronised with his business venture and finally created some hotel into the so called island. "This so called virgin island has finally been civilized. My business venture in this place is finally successful. Claps to me.". Then on his view there comes lot of tourist and travellers walking warmly into the lighted beach at night. In front of him, he could see the neon blue colour of the neon lights merged like a starlights at night, creating light into the vast darkness of the sea during night.
