The following day I went to the pack house all ready and eager for the match. There were a lot of the pack members at the training ground to watch our match. Word had gone out in a short moment when it was known that the Luna was gone to duel with a self-claimed Luna. It was a battle of wits and strength for authority. I think she was brave enough to proclaim herself as the true Luna because who else can be the Luna other than myself and actually challenge me?
As I sat on the waiting bench with Sam and Lisa, I saw Charlie walking towards us. when he reached us he pointed at me.
"Can I talk to you for a minute?" he requested
"Me?" I asked, visibly confused as Charlie had never been the type to engage in conversations with me, and from the start, he had always had an attitude towards me.
"Yes, you," he said then walked away.
I looked at the girls and they shrugged. I got up and followed him. we reached a certain distance and he stopped then turned to look at me.
