As the evening went by I started seeing people getting in pairs one by one and we were starting to get all over each other. I was pretty surprised and you can't blame me. I mean, starting from the beginning of the party most came alone without a date but as the party goes on people seem to cling to each other as if their lives depended on it.
"What's with the people?" I asked Rick as I pointed out to a certain group of couples.
" Oh them? They have found their date," he replied cryptically.
" What is that supposed to mean? weren't they supposed to bring a date at the start of the party not find one here?" I asked
" Well, it's a little complicated to explain but you will eventually figure it out," he said
