Long Wei sat on the bed of his abode for the next few months, possibly years. He rubbed his eyes and sighed, feeling the mental exhaustion of the events of the past two days. Senior Sister Mei had left him to his own devices more than four hours ago, and he didn't mind.
Just as he thought, his abode was a large pagoda nestled deep within the ridges of one of the mountains east of Mount Spectral.
His place was constructed near a slew of other Inner Disciple abodes in a large compound that spread from one side of the mountain to the next. A giant nameplate pulsing golden light was erected at the gates of the compound: Spectral Paradise.
When they flew to his new home, Long Wei noticed a few other compounds littered across a few mountains east of Mount Spectral.
Each of those compounds had their own names at the entrances as well.
Long Wei rose from his bed and walked to a mahogany desk nestled at the leftmost corner of his bedroom.
