Just like their awakening was filled with uncertainty, the same was true for the supposed goddess. Their journey had been long, leading them to La Savane, a world completely different from their own. While she may be regarded as a goddess, in reality, she was not a goddess of this world.
"So, you've come to me in search of knowledge? Unfortunately, our quests are quite similar but I haven't yet found the answers," Anubis remarked.
"But using powers equivalent to those of a god isn't something just anyone can do, right? The fact that you possess such power, doesn't that suggest that you are on par with those gods as well?" Floyd elaborated.
It was a complicated story, not easily summarized in a few words, as Anubis himself didn't fully understand his own situation. "You could say that I have access to some of the celestial powers, but I am uncertain of who I truly am," Anubis replied.
