Chapter 4 - Mental retardation

Emperor Fululing's face turned pale and then green, unable to handle the situation anymore.

It would be harmful and useless to confront Luo Feiyue directly, but with the Red Thunder Cat in Emperor Fuyao's hands, she had witnessed her vicious methods earlier. Now, she didn't dare to approach.

Looking at Emperor Fuyao, who was holding the Red Thunder Cat, with a relaxed and elegant demeanor, it was hard to believe that she was the same timid girl as before.

"All this talk of sisterly love is just a lie! Emperor Fululing, I will never deliver any more messages to my brother for you!" Luo Feiyue looked at Emperor Fululing hesitatingly, her gaze mocking. She couldn't believe she had considered her a sister. Now she saw how foolish she had been.

Emperor Fululing became anxious and quickly grabbed Luo Feiyue's hand, attempting to display their sisterly bond, but Luo Feiyue recoiled with disgust.

"Emperor Fuyao, what exactly do you want?!" Emperor Fululing glared at her angrily.

Emperor Fuyao, who had been observing the "sisterly bond" from the sidelines, smiled innocently and cheerfully, "I've never seen a filthy pig before. I just want to know what it looks like."

She stubbornly insisted on watching Emperor Fululing perform like a filthy pig. The noble ladies on the side found it quite stimulating and stared with widened eyes.

"Heh, interesting." A faint and ethereal voice suddenly reached Emperor Fuyao's ears, mixed with the sharp and miserable cries of the Red Thunder Cat. It disappeared in an instant, as if she had imagined it.

Emperor Fululing glared at her angrily, "Emperor Fuyao, you will regret this!"

Emperor Fuyao, with a seemingly innocent smile, replied, "I'm sorry, regret is not in my dictionary. However, terms like 'living in agony' or 'death is preferable' are quite abundant. Would you like to try them, Fifth Sister?"

"You!" Emperor Fululing was so furious that she almost bit her own silver teeth.

For the sake of marrying her beloved, the necessary sacrifices were worthwhile!

Emperor Fululing gritted her teeth and, in front of everyone's eyes, slowly bent her knees and crawled on the ground, imitating the movements of a pig. She crawled back and forth for a while, intending to clap her hands and stand up.

But a sudden voice interrupted her.

"To create a vivid performance, you need to show more emotions. Otherwise, people might think you're acting like a brainless fool."

These words caused the noble ladies on the side to burst into laughter.

Emperor Fululing was filled with rage, wanting to vent it all, but seeing the almost lifeless Red Thunder Cat in Emperor Fuyao's hand and then glancing at her "sister" Luo Feiyue's gloomy expression, she had no choice but to grit her teeth and crawl on the ground again. This time, she even emitted a few grunting sounds that resembled a pig's oinks.

The noble ladies laughed so hard that tears almost streamed down their faces.

Emperor Fuyao raised an eyebrow, looking at Emperor Fululing imitating the walk, sounds, and rolling on the ground like a pig. She playfully said, "Tsk tsk, if we put Fifth Sister in a pigsty, it would be difficult to tell the difference between her and the piglets."

Shame! It was an immense shame!

Emperor Fululing lowered her head, her eyes filled with a terrifying resentment.

Luo Feiyue's attention was entirely focused on the injured Red Thunder Cat. She looked at it with heartache as it struggled to breathe. She begged earnestly, "Princess Fuyao, I was wrong to speak out of turn. Can you please return the contracted beast to me?"

"Of course, I keep my word." Emperor Fuyao smiled mischievously and threw the creature away.

The barely conscious Red Thunder Cat drew a graceful arc in the air before crashing onto Emperor Fululing. It struggled for a moment, and then blood poured down like rain, drenching her from head to toe, leaving her in a pitiful state.

Everyone was dumbfounded, staring at the bloody scene as if they had seen a ghost.

Emperor Fuyao casually pulled at the corner of her mouth and said, "Not dirty enough. How about we call that a filthy pig?"
