Chapter 1: The Awakening

Noah's eyes fluttered open, and he found himself standing in a pristine white space. Confusion washed over him as he tried to make sense of his surroundings. The air felt charged with anticipation, and he could hear the faint echo of his heartbeat. Standing before him was a woman with striking silver hair cascading down her shoulders and vibrant blue eyes that seemed to hold a depth of wisdom—Astrid, the tutorial instructor.

"Welcome, Noah," Astrid said, her voice carrying a soothing yet authoritative tone. Her words resonated in the space, wrapping around him like a gentle breeze. "You have been transported into a world called Sacria. You have been chosen as a candidate, a hero who will fight against the threats in the hopes of saving both this

world and the world you came from."

Noah blinked, his mind racing to catch up with the reality before him. "Sacria? Hero?" His voice came out as a bewildered whisper. "What is going on? This is just a game, right?"

Astrid's expression softened, recognizing the confusion etched across Noah's face. She approached him, her graceful movements causing ripples in the otherwise still environment. "Noah, this is not a game. Sacria is a real world, and you are now a part of it. The tutorial space serves as a necessary step for you to understand your role and learn how to survive. It's time for you to embrace your destiny."

As Noah tried to gather his thoughts, he felt a strange mix of emotions swirling

within him. Excitement, apprehension, and a hint of fear danced in his chest. "But... how? How did I end up here?"

Astrid's eyes, a piercing shade of blue, held a depth of compassion. "That, my dear Noah, is a mystery we both must unravel together. Now, let us focus on understanding the mechanics of this world."

Curiosity piqued, Noah decided to open his status window, hoping it would provide some clarity amidst the swirling chaos of his mind. The interface materialized before him, a translucent panel displaying various sections and options. As he navigated through the different tabs, he noticed that his attribute slot remained blank, in stark contrast to the other sections.

"Why is my personal attribute space empty?" Noah asked, his brows furrowing with curiosity. "And what exactly is a personal attribute?" Astrid's eyes widened slightly, betraying her surprise. She paused for a moment as if searching for the right words. "Your attribute is unique, Noah. It is something that will need to be awakened. It appears we are facing a situation that is new to both of us, and my knowledge is limited in this regard." Noah's excitement grew, knowing that there was something extraordinary about his attribute. "I see. Well, I'll figure it out eventually. What about the other slots? Can you explain them to me?" Astrid nodded, a gentle smile gracing her lips. She began guiding Noah through the process, explaining each section with patience and clarity. Together, they explored the class section, where Noah had to choose from different options. Each class had its own set of sub-slots, granting him a variety of skills and abilities. Noah's gaze swept across the choices before him, each one beckoning with promises of adventure and power. The Galles class presented options like Knight, Swordsman, Warrior, Berserker, Assassin, and Warhammer. The Bahrama class offered paths such as Druid, Elemental Mage, Dark Mage, Cleric, and Shaman. The Delphinus class showcased options like Archer, Sniper, Scout, Tracker, and Bard. After careful consideration, Noah felt drawn to the Galles class. He admired the virtues of strength and valour it represented. Among the subclass options, the Warrior path resonated with him the most. It symbolized resilience and the ability to endure hardships. With a firm resolve, Noah made his choice. "I choose the Warrior subclass," Noah declared, his voice filled with determination. "I want to embody courage and resilience in the face of danger." Astrid nodded approvingly. "A wise choice, Noah. The path of a warrior will demand both physical and mental fortitude. You shall learn to wield weapons and armour with skill, and your determination will carry you through the toughest trials." Noah's heart swelled with a newfound sense of purpose. He was ready to embrace the challenges that awaited him in this unfamiliar world. "Now, let's move on to the elemental section," Astrid said, guiding Noah's attention to another set of choices. "Here, you can select one of the five major elements—fire, water, earth, air, or lightning. Each element grants unique abilities and strengths." Noah's eyes brightened with excitement. Elements held a certain mystique and power that intrigued him. He pondered his options, considering the potential advantages and drawbacks of each choice. Fire symbolized passion and destruction, water represented adaptability and tranquillity, earth embodied stability and endurance, air signified freedom and agility, and lightning conveyed speed and unpredictability. After careful consideration, Noah made his decision. "I choose the element of fire," he declared. "It's intensity and transformative nature resonate with me." Astrid nodded, a spark of admiration in her eyes. "Fire is a formidable element, Noah. It can be both destructive and purifying, symbolizing transformation and passion. With it, you shall harness the flames to protect and empower." Noah felt a surge of anticipation as the weight of his choices settled upon him. Warrior and fire—an embodiment of strength and intensity. He knew that his journey in Sacria would be arduous, but he was determined to face it head-on. Noah nodded, a newfound determination burning within him. He was ready to embark on his adventure in Sacria, armed with his chosen class, element, and equipment. The tutorial space would serve as his training ground, preparing him for the trials that awaited him in Sacria.

Astrid gestured toward a portal that shimmered with a warm, golden light. "Step through the portal, Noah. It will transport you to Sacria, where your true journey begins." Noah took a deep breath, steeling himself for the unknown. With a determined expression, he stepped forward, crossing the threshold into the portal. As he did, a surge of energy coursed through his body, and he felt momentary disorientation as the white space faded away.

When Noah opened his eyes, he found himself standing in a lush, vibrant forest. Sunlight filtered through the canopy above, casting dappled shadows on the ground.

The air was filled with the scents of earth, flora, and the distant promise of adventure. Noah took a moment to absorb his surroundings. This was Sacria, the world he had been transported to. The reality of it all began to sink in. He was no longer in his familiar world but in a place teeming with magic and mystery. Noah nodded, his gaze filled with determination. "I'm ready," he said, his 'manly' voice trying to hide his excitement. "I will do whatever it takes to fulfil my role as a hero and protect both worlds." The path ahead was filled with uncertainty, but Noah was ready to face whatever challenges awaited him. Sacria, the world of magic and adventure, awaited his arrival. Noah stepped forward, ready to leave his mark on this extraordinary realm and fulfil his destiny as a hero.
