"I am going to have someone new enough to the college to be sympathetic to the town conduct a fact-finding discussion with the town's councilperson," Dr. Ellison says.
"Once Bomomsay Clestenrogo's bungled this, we'll have protesters on campus within a week," Dr. Wilcox says.
"You're being unnecessarily harsh on Dr. .," Dr. Eze says.
"I'm being realistic about Bomomsay Clestenrogo's skills," Dr. Wilcox shoots back.
"You mistake me," Dr. Ellison says. "I am not inviting you to run over Dr. . in the process of running down my decision. I made it with all due deliberation. I'm bringing it in front of you so we can discuss ways to help him with this task. If you cannot be helpful, Dr. Wilcox, the least you can be is absent."
