Dr. Ellison refers to her notes. "The college is having some disagreements with Billington."
"Is this about the college's 'Billington Future' thing?" All four faculty members look at you. "What? I saw a protest downtown this morning."
"It is indeed about that." Dr. Ellison straightens her papers. "The college seeks additional space for some programs, and is in talks to buy an empty building downtown. Some businesses and residents do not approve." She sighs. "It is a classic town and gown conflict."
Dr. Wilcox makes a dismissive gesture. "Town should be more thankful for how gown keeps the economy alive."
