I looked at him as if to believe him or not, the steam coming from the cup was like that of one coming from boiling water...
Tsk, I can't possibly do that...it's like me being told to put my hands in fire...

"What's up with that look, you've being like that since I woke up". I said trying to change the topic so that I won't to drink it... I really had phobia for bitter things, I can't possibly take that...
"I'm just happy I broke a record". He said with a smirk.
"What record?". I asked looking confused
"I made you get a genuine night rest for the first time in history".
"And what's that, don't I sleep at night?"
"Do you sleep? You're always awake and I know that".
Whatever". I said and stylishly dropped the cup on the stool that was close to the bed.
"And where's everyone". I asked since there was no sound of mom screaming at someone or Cassy and her loud music...
"Work, stylist and school"
"And why didn't w...". I quickly remembered what happened the night before and a slight smile overwhelmed my face, I was way to weak to attend classes that day...
"But was that really you?"
"Who". He asked and sat up on the bed then he held me to himself and started massaging my hair and shoulders gently, it was more like he was cuddling me though..
"Last night, was that really you?"
"Yeah"
"But it was as if it was someone else, you Didn't take it easy on me neither did you listen to my pleas". He didn't respond, he just gave a broad smile before returning to his normal face...
We stayed together all day, I was later forced to take the tea and in no time, I was back on my feet... I'd affirm this is the best day ever, I cooked with Steve, cleaned the house with him, he also helped in washing the dishes, thought me how to use a phone... It was actually fun all day, just the both of us in the house...
The next day, I set to go to school with my school bag strapped to my back, my teddy to my left hand and my phone to my right hand... It wasn't as if I was doing anything serious with the phone but I just wanted to show off with it...
I walked towards the car park, waiting for dad to come out so that he'll take us to school, Steve was still dressing up and he told me to go downstairs first... Since I got my new gifts, I started behaving like a good girl that I was not, though it was kinda boring, I didn't want him to seize my new gifts so soon...
While at the park, cassy came over dressed in her school uniform and her constant frown, she didn't give me a face... She just entered her dad's car and hissed
I was in for trouble today, why didn't she notice my phone and teddy? Gat to go close...
I went to the other side of the car and opened the backseat door then I entered. She was seated on the same seat that I sat.
"Get down". she said with her headset on and her face looking all serious. I only looked at her then smiled(things were going as planned),when she saw that I didn't go down, she started swelling in anger but who cares•••
Since I didn't have a headset yet, I'll just use my phone... I started playing a music from my phone, when I sensed that she didn't seem to notice that I had a teddy bear and a phone, I increased the volume on my phone then I kept my phone in my bag and started throwing my teddy bear around, suddenly my teddy fell into the lion's den...
I tried to pick it up but Cassy immediately raised her two legs and marched it therefore ruining my teddy's color, my once pure magenta coloured teddy was now like a salmon-pink teddy, she continued marching it as of it was her foot match, I tried pushing her legs off but the force in which she used in stomping on the teddy bear was just too much, I was afraid the teddy's body will chatter in no time...
I quickly pulled off the headset from her head and was about to step on it...
"Don't dare it, now give it back..."
"Give mine back". I replied
"Pick it up..." This girl don't really know me, I'll step on it and nothing will happen, I quickly threw her headset on the floor and...

I didn't expect it to break, I thought it was like my teddy (inward sigh). I aren't going to cry or feel sorry for her, she caused it herself..
Dad just got to the car with boobs running after him because he was the one who has been delaying everyone.
I used advantage of her shock to pick my teddy from underneath her feet...

I gave her the slap back and rushed out of the car in order to run inside and tell Steve an entire different story, unfortunately for me Steve was there all this while. He pushed me back into the car and sat beside me, Cassandra's case wasn't any different... Leo pushed her inside and both of us were trapped in the middle.
I usually get confused because of this two or even the whole family, they were superb in mood swings... Wasn't this the Leo that kidnapped me some days back and almost fought with Steve to death? Did they finally make up? But Leo don't eat anything prepared by me so... Also, why was dad acting strange this morning, he was the head and should have scolded cassandra and I...
"OUCH". I guess I'll think about that later but now I'll have to take care of this girl that has been pinching and piercing me...
"Stop it". I shouted, dad immediately stopped the car then he looked at me...
"I wasn't talking to you dad, cassandra has..." He didn't allow me to finish my sentence before he started driving again, I tried reporting to Steve but[headset]... I looked down and saw that our feet were on Cassandra's headset(serves her right), the pinching continued and I was tired of enduring it, I looked at Boody to see if I could report to him but he was busy knotting his tie, he has been dressing up since we left home... I couldn't possibly tell Leo so I started pinching her back but mine was accompanied with punching and sharp smacks... We continued like that till we got to school...
Immediately we got down from the car, Steve held me possessively. I was really really shy but I couldn't tell him to get his hands off me... We were in school and I can't flirt with him any longer, it'll spoil his reputation of keeping a straight face and giving a cold expression so I wanted to act as if we weren't in a relationship but the Steve holding me right now don't care about his reputation so why would I?
