" This is not the way to your house" Julia told Nicholas when she looked out the window. She was busy with messaging her friends that she did not notice that the driver was not going in the direction of Nicholas's house.
" Correction: Our house" Nicholas said to her. Now, how was she to respond to that.
" That is not the main point" She finally said.
" It is meant to be. You are now officially my wife so anything that belongs to me belongs to you too" He said in a serious manner but Julia was sure her stomach was doing some kind of somersault because of him calling her his wife.
"Sorry for the mistake then" She said in the most sarcastic tone she could muster which was really weak and a novelty for her, someone who could make the most sarcastic remark at any time.
" Apology accepted" He said in a playful tone with his lips slightly tilted up.
