Chapter 12 - Chapter 5: The Treasure

The ship reached the island and anchored near the shore. The captain ordered the crew to prepare for landing. He told them to arm themselves and be ready for anything. He said he didn't know what dangers awaited them on the island, but he was sure they would face many. He said he didn't care about the risks, as long as they got the treasure. He said he was willing to die for it, and he expected them to do the same.

The crew nodded and cheered. They were eager to follow their captain. They trusted him and admired him. They shared his passion and his courage. They were ready to face any challenge and overcome any obstacle.

They were ready to find the treasure.

Jackson was not.

He was scared and nervous. He didn't want to go to the island. He didn't want to face any danger. He didn't want to die for a treasure he didn't care about.

He wanted to stay on the ship.

But he had no choice.

He was forced to join the captain and the crew.

And they were heading straight for the skull.

They got into a rowboat and rowed towards the shore. They reached the beach and jumped out of the boat. They ran towards the mountain, where the skull was waiting for them. They entered its mouth and disappeared into the darkness.

Jackson followed them reluctantly. He entered the skull and felt a cold wind blow on his face. He saw a narrow tunnel that led deeper into the mountain. He heard noises that made his skin crawl. He smelled something that made his stomach turn.

He wished he was somewhere else.

But he had no choice.

He was trapped with the Happy Pirates.

And they were heading straight for the treasure.
