A series of fluctuations resonated through the void within the main hall.
At the front of the hall, a black hole, occupying half the space, made its appearance. This black hole was incredibly deep, leading to an unknown destination. It emanated an extraordinary aura of terror.
This aura seemed as if it could devour mountains and rivers. It felt as if it could subdue the universe itself as if a supreme being was descending surreptitiously.
"This is... The quasi-emperor! A Quasi-Emperor Realm powerhouse!" These exclamations erupted in shock from some of the observers.
Despite being faint, this aura, just a strand of a quasi-emperor's, was enough to induce terror and stir a sense of reverence, making people feel inclined to kneel in welcome.

Within the black hole, a golden scroll suddenly emerged, radiating a brilliant light. This scroll fluttered in the wind, positioned at the top-most part of the main hall.
