Chapter 234 - Chapter 103

An explosion was heard outside, and Marcus stood near the blasted hole in the wall could see what was happening outside. Orian, Mar, and now Mincs were fighting against a demon, a strong one, undoubtedly stronger than the one he had defeated. He had been watching for some time now, splitting his focus between the fight outside, he turned his gaze back to his friend, and the battle inside.

Kazon braced himself as he intercepted a punch from the demon of hatred with his forearms, feeling the force reverberate through his body. Simultaneously, he winced as he was clawed in the side by the monster's titanium rending claws, the attack tearing through a portion of his armor.

"What's wrong, bastard!?" The demon of hatred bellowed, charging up an uppercut with fierce Demonic Hatred. With a guttural yell, he unleashed the blow, taunting, "Don't like it when the shoe's on the other foot!?"

Kazon leaned back, narrowly dodging the demon's knuckles as they grazed his helmet. Reacting with lightning reflexes, he brought his elbow down just in time to intercept a powerful clawing kick from the monster. Despite his efforts, the strike still jolted his entire body, sending him staggering backward until he collided with the wall.

With little time to recover, Kazon reacted swiftly as the demon of hatred launched another attack, this time with a wild kick aimed at his chest. Moving with agility, Kazon shifted slightly to the side, narrowly evading the blow that left a deep crater in the wall beside him. Seizing the opportunity, he drove the dagger held firmly in his right hand into the demon's knee before he could retract his leg.

The demon of hatred grunted in pain, his face contorting with focused anger as he pointed his right fingers at Kazon. The demon's blue horn glowed as he launched several thin blue slashes toward Kazon. Reacting swiftly, Kazon leaned to the side to dodge, but his evasion was met with a sudden and vicious attack from the monster. Using the claws protruding between her left knuckles, she lunged forward, aiming to sever Kazon's leg. However, he managed to roll with the motion of the slash, using his momentum to shift his weight and evade the worst of the damage. This quick thinking prevented his leg from being completely severed, though the attack still left him wounded and vulnerable.

Kazon took a few deep, controlled breaths as the demon of hatred extracted the dagger from his knee, while the monster observed the lack of blood on her claws. "You two have a very odd level of synergy," Kazon remarked, discreetly stowing the dagger in his left hand behind his back.

"Must be some residual shit left by the kid, not that it matters. I'm gonna kill you with or without this woman," the demon of hatred retorted, his limp barely noticeable as he stood beside the monster.

Suddenly, Marcus, the demon of hatred, and the monster heard Kazon start to chuckle. "What's so funny, ya bastard? Didya lose your mind from the beatdown?" The demon of hatred questioned, his eyes narrowing in suspicion.

"Maybe, considering what I'm going to do, it's a big possibility," Kazon replied, gazing up at them, causing both the demon of hatred and the monster to tense up.

As Kazon clasped his hands together, the demon of hatred and the monster braced themselves, bolting towards him. *A Hellscape?* the demon of hatred wondered as they closed the distance, about to attack him simultaneously. Just as their strikes were about to land, Kazon muttered the word "Dralkoni." In an instant, a sudden burst of hellish fire and light, accompanied by a roar that pierced the clouds, erupted.

On the top of the mansion, the Demon Lord raised an eyebrow, while Verandez instinctively covered his ears, and Eriza's eyes widened in shock. "You're really unleashing that, Kazon?" the Demon Lord muttered under his breath.

In the front garden, just as Mincs was poised to hurl more of her infused scales at Bilmoth, who had resumed fighting, everyone paused and looked up. Orian narrowed his eyes, recognizing a familiar sensation. *This feeling, it's the same as when I summon Draven,* he thought to himself, while Mincs, shaken to her core by the roar, looked up in confusion.

Meanwhile, Mar tightened his grip on his mace, almost transforming out of pure survival instincts, while Bilmoth stared with widened eyes. *Who was strong enough to make you use that, Kazon?* he wondered in worry. (Even and Arnan were fighting within Arnan's Hellscape at the time.)

In the forest, amidst sprinting with Elanor in his arms, both Elanor and The Wandering Calamity paused, staring in the direction of the roar. One was filled with fear, the other with excitement.

Finally, on the ground floor of the mansion, a demon with bluish skin, blackish-red eyes, and a porcupine-esque back, adorned in armor made of the beasts of hell, shook his head. "So much for being honorable," he muttered aloud, his attention shifting to the door leading to the mansion's basement. The door swung open, revealing a teenage girl with white hair and gray eyes, digging out clumps of debris and splinters from her hair.

Grace let out a sigh before her eyes landed on the demon, who stared at her with intrigue. "How did you not get affected by the spell?" he asked, his curiosity piqued. Grace stared at him for a few seconds, observing his thoughts. "I have a natural resistance to demonic magics, spells, energies, and the such," she explained, her tone tinged with boredom and exhaustion as she walked towards him.

Taking out the last bits of debris from her hair, Grace questioned the demon, "How many of you are there?" The demon chuckled arrogantly, "And why would I—" But before he could finish his sentence, Grace interrupted, "Twelve, Got it. Now, get lost," she commanded, her tone firm as she continued toward the front door.

"You little bitch," the demon spat venomously, his anger evident. "Do you know who I am?" he demanded, his voice echoing through the mansion. Grace turned around, sizing him up with a cold gaze as he continued, "I am Sazomon, hunter of the wilds, slayer of hell beasts, and tamer of monsters!" he declared proudly as Grace aimed her right palm at him.

"What makes you think I'll just let you pass by me?" Sazomon challenged, his voice filled with cold anger. In an instant, Sazomon was completely vaporized by the beam of light Grace shot out from her palm, killing him before he could even realize that he was about to die.

"I'm really not in the mood anymore," Grace said coldly as she walked through the front door of the mansion, effortlessly taking the life of a demon.
