"See who finally showed up, i thought your woman will tie you down to not leave her" Stephen said and chuckled.
He was sited on a table for two at the open bar sipping from a glass of Spanish wine. I looked around to see girls drooling and ogling at us, yeah what we go through on a normal day. They know not to video us as it is prohibited.
I sat down grabbing a glass cup and filled it with the same wine.
"You look somewhat troubled" That's why he's my best friend. He's able to tell my emotions without me showing it.
"Is it about Genevieve?" impressive! What else troubles me these days if not that little woman.
"I'm afraid of falling in love with her" I can't believe i will one day sit out and talk about a woman with Stephen. His laugh outburst brought me out of my thoughts and i looked at him drily.
"Sorry sorry, i mean it's funny. The Almighty Liam Violante is afraid of falling in love " he laughed again.
"C'mon Stephen, I'm serious"
"OK. Why are you afraid of LOVE firstly?" he asked a meaningful question. Why am i actually afraid of love?
"I don't know, i don't want to give my heart to a woman. I didn't believe it existed but when i put my change of lifestyle and the strange feelings i get for her, i knew i was gradually falling for her."
"There's nothing wrong with falling in love Liam. You're just worried a woman will be in control over your heart and soul. It's a beautiful feeling you know" i groaned. I expected him to give me a solution to get out of this. He's here preaching love to me.
"Your words are pointless. What do you suggest i do?"
"Let everything flow naturally Liam. Don't do anything stupid and don't hurt her, it's not going to stop what you're feeling for her" he warned

"OK i won't" i raised my hands in surrender.
We continued sipping from our glasses of wine admiring the view. It was a really peaceful environment. This is what i meant when i said i wanted an open relaxation bar in my hotel and the architect did a good job in fulfilling it.
My mind drifted to when Stephen gave a call while at my late parent's mansion.
"You said Vanessa's back" i stirred up a conversation
"Yeah, she went to your office demanding to see 'her man' when the secretary refused"
"Her man?" i smirked. It's funny how she thinks I'm her man. Just because i fucked her differently from the rest and kept her till now. I think it's high time she knows her place.
"Do something about it Liam, she's clearly obsessed with you, so she harm your woman" My eyes darkened by the thought of someone laying his/her hand on my pearl. That person will regret living.
"Why don't you look for someone that can make you go crazy for her" i said changing the topic. He has never been seen with woman apart from sluts ever since we met just like me until....
"You're lucky, you've got a good one. Most women I've met are gold diggers and fuckers" i laughed imitating his words. He's right, that woman is not after my money, she's after my life. She's the first woman that has ever rejected me and i think that's why i'm drawn to her
"you'll see the one soon ok" i said and laughed again.
"Let's head home before my little pearl gets worried. I promised her i wouldn't stay long" I told Stephen when he was also done with his wine. "OK..... Okay, the husband is now being a generous man to his wife. Dude you're in love" Stephen mocked
"Shut up" i walked away from him
"Wait for mee" he practically ran towards me and we zoomed out and off.

THE VIOLANTE MANSION
"Mum, you sent for me" Camela said as she graced the living room with her presence.
"Yes dear, come and sit" She sat beside her anticipating her next words
"What is it mum?"
"I want you to talk with Genevieve for Liam's forgiveness" "Does it still hurt you?" Mum has been having heartache ever since Liam's rejection few years ago. The therapist said it's cause someone she loves dearly hurt her to the core.
"It does Mela" she whispered
"I'll talk with her mum. Just stop thinking about it" i have no idea on how to get to Vieve. I don't even know her mansion but i just had to assure mum, so she'll be less worried.
I got up heading to my room lost in my own thoughts.

LIAM VIOLANTE RESIDENCE
Liam said he wouldn't stay long, now where is he.
"Welcome back master" Donald (the butler) and his maids said in unison as i walked into the mansion.
"Donald where's my woman?" i know it might seem crazy that the first person i ask of when i get back is Genevieve. I even titled her 'my woman' making them aghast at my words.
"She's in the Cinema room" i walked unhurriedly into the elevator taking me to the cinema room which is on the 18th floor.
'This is incredible, the master has finally found his mate. It's obvious he's find of her. Even though he might deny it, it is seen in his actions' Donald thought looking at the elevator his master went in.
I stepped in to see my little pearl laying on the couch with her legs wide spread, munching on snacks while watching Netflix i presume on the large flat screen TV. She didn't even notice my presence.

I groaned when my popcorn finished. I'm too lazy to go get more, how do i get to the maids?. I threw my head back in frustration, i really need it to continue 'the school for good and evil'.. Ugh it's so interesting
He stood there admiring the view before him, watching his pearl groaning. He has absolutely no idea why she's behaving like that but he loved every bit of it.
