If the oracle could attack that well with magic, it probably could defend well with magic too… so just using Lava Arrow wouldn't do it. It was risky, but Kane had to take his chances with a bold move.
As the human hero recovered from the previous exchange, he wasted no time in launching himself into another fierce assault. Kane braced himself, assuming a defensive stance, his spears at the ready to block the incoming attacks. Yet, the hero's relentless charge left Kane with little room to counter, forcing him to focus primarily on defense.
