Chapter 99 - Rebirth (9)

"I guess I will have to look for a lake and fish there…" Kane thought and then sighed. "Let's hope that some crazy piranhas won't bite my tail off or eat it in a single bite."

Instead of looking for another lake, Kane dug a shelter in a pile of snow while he kept a close look at the village. There was only a small hole in the shelter, but it was enough for him to see the activities of the people there during the whole day. 

Some people in the morning headed to the right side and then returned a bit later carrying some wood, while others headed to the left side and returned later in the day carrying some long fishes that had pointy noses. They seemed like some of those fish that would live in cold areas on Earth, but he couldn't recall where exactly. The adventurers didn't show up that day, which was surprising.

"The dungeon isn't that dangerous for them… so they don't feel the need to clear it often," Kane thought.
