Chapter 80 - Queen (2)

Given that Kane had used all the trees he had prepared to crush the bees, he didn't have any other choice but to damage several more of them. He had thought that he had prepared quite a bit by almost chopping down five of them, but it was clear that wasn't the case. So, to gain time, Kane decided to spend the next day entirely chopping down trees. Well, almost… he didn't know if it was a good idea to wait to use them in the next day, but Kane left fifteen damaged trees behind.

The next day, Kane checked his work and confirmed that three of those fifteen had fallen during the night. It was a lot less than he had expected, so he felt thankful for his good luck.

"Now then…" Kane said and then sighed. "It is time to kill some giant bees."
