It was quite difficult to tie hide together using the hide of other monsters, but at the end, around midnight, Kane managed to make a decent glove. Although that wasn't detailed enough to have a space for every single of his fingers, he felt satisfied with it because it was sturdy enough, and he would use it to fight and not do some delicate work. Also, around that time, Emma woke up, and Jacob went to sleep.
"You are not very good with your hands, are you?" Emma asked while she approached and observed the glove Kane had created.
"I thought you have good eyes; perhaps I was wrong," Kane replied. "I'm better with my head… at least I want to think that I am. However, attacking using headbutts isn't something I would like to do."
"I can help you with that," Emma said. "It won't be something spectacular given the materials, but at the very least, you will be able to move your fingers separately while using the glove."
