All the ooze from my body was expelled onto the ground. For the second time in my life I could feel the sensations of being alive. It felt like chains had been removed from my entire body.
A glimpse of my mom's eyes pierced my concentration. Then it happened, the darkness around the woman in the red kimono's face shattered. Behind that mask this entire a smile that warmed my soul. The void infront of my children's eyes shattered aswell.
Lan… Ken… my brothers brightly grinned at me. Ken gave me a thumbs up reassuring that I had made the right decision.
Mother's smile faded, an empty look appeared in her eyes as if she was guilty about something.
Snapping back into reality the ooze spilled out into the swamp and caused it to shatter. Oslovi hesitantly backed away from me and started to run in the opposite direction as if it knew something bad was imminent.
Aylin quickly teleported Oslovi back to her.
"Who would have thought this would happen."
Devina pondered for a moment looking at the Aeon of Freedom. His body itself it HUMAN! But the environment around him is the Aeon itself! He has manifested the Aeon of Freedom! Devina excitedly watched Vivshi through the binoculars.
I reached out towards the ground completely ignoring Zerstörer. Seeing that I was no longer paying attention to him he rushed at me. As I looked up seeing the cat once again hissing at me, the liquid beneath Zerstörer spew up towards and grabbed him. Hands of the void took hold of his limbs and immobilized him.
He grunted and struggled trying to shake off the hands of the void. His face slowly filled with desperation as he realized the tables had turned. The hands was no thing of this world, therefore it couldn't be affected by time acceleration.
With his overwhelming strength he managed to shake off a few hands but they kept coming at him. Zerstörer became enraged and all the heads behind his back woke up. They all screeched at me before starting to separate from Zerstörer's body.
The animals started to eat the hands, their mouths being a dark void just like the hands. Zerstörer carefully explained that everything that entered their mouths would completely vanish from existence.
Zerstörer slowly freed himself before charging right at me again.
It was warm, it was as if I was in my mom's arms again. All the ooze returned into my body, it was as if my Aeon Acclimation was reversing itself.
Zerstörer saw the black ink recede on the ground. The silver sword that had crash landed into the swamp reappeared above me.
"Nch.. not that annoying sword again."
With that he sent 3 animal heads after it, trying to erase it from existence. The sword delved deep into my body, I felt the sword's aura coursing through my blood again.
"What?!?"
Zerstörer's always confident expression became confused and disoriented.
The silverine aura spread through my body but I tried to concentrate all of it into one point inside my core.
Seizing the opportunity which my eyes were closed he threw a projectile and went straight through my shoulder.
It wasn't healing, Devina looked puzzled at the scene unfolding infront of her.
"Sekito, I think it might be time for us to step in."
Sekito nodded before turning her head towards Aylin who was closely observing the fight.
"I know you are there. You can come out from the shadows," Devina called out.
Scraping of roof tiles could be heard behind us as we saw a scythe with engravings on it.
"Haha… you got me!" Zyo said out while raising both her hands into the air.
Zyo tapped on the roof bricks asking Devina if it was really fair for 5 Aeons to go against Zerstörer.
Devina turned her head towards the president of the underground giving her a deadpan look.
Aylin holding Oslovi, backed up a little bit, obviously a little intimidated by the giant scythe.
Everyone except Aylin seemed so calm about it, Devina being all nonchalant decided to take out her binoculars again and watch Vivshi again. Sekito sighed and laid down onto her side.
"HEY, WOULD YOU PAY ATTENTION TO ME!?!" Zyo angrily pouted.
She started to stomp her feet in anger as in no one was giving her any attention.
Devina scratched the back of her head and started to lay down onto her stomach whilst Sekito started to laze around, taking out some snacks giving it to her sister.
"Maybe we should hear her out Devina?" Aylin nervously said.
Devina stayed quiet, continuing to observe Vivshi.
Zyo stood completely still for a brief moment her eyes hidden behind her lengthy hair.
"Listen when people talk to you!"
She raised her scythe at Devina, preparing to cull her.
Chains emerged from the air, wrapping themselves around Zyo, constricting her like a snake.
Devina started to chew on the snack Sekito gave her, before asking Sekito if she had more.
Turning her head towards Devina, Zyo saw the mark on Sekito's cheek. The flower of Serenity had grown. With cold eyes she turned towards the entrapped woman.
"Not now okay? Im already dealing with enough…"
Sekito started to fake sob as she remembered what Zerstörer did to her just a few moments ago.
"There there Sis, everything is gonna be okay."
A hand moved back and forth on Sekito's head as Zyo watched in confusion.
Aylin walked up towards Zyo, asking her why she wanted to kill Vivshi that day.
She answered that she just wanted to take revenge for those who had hurt the underground population.
"Wasn't the underground already hurt? You forbade them from leaving that city!"
Guilt grew on Zyo's face as Aylin said that.
"I don't know, the scythe lead me to him."
"Your scythe?"
Devina finally said something.
"Eo, the scythe that has souls.Your wicked ancestor created that weapon. It must have sensed Vivshi's life force and wanted to take it for itself. Say Princess ask that scythe of yours if it still desires to cull Vivshi's soul?"
Zyo reluctantly looked at Vivshi from a distance. Her mouth widened a bit as her eyes fluttered.
"There is no life force emitting from him…"
