Chapter 61 - Omi Omi

Our plan of waiting for Zerstörer to take action had already been initiated. For some goddamn reason, he walked up towards us with an ice cream in his hand.

"Devina, didn't you say he was overly cautious?"

"Ehh… if his life depended on it."

Devina took hold of my hand and walked towards Zerstörer's crash site. Looking up and down the loud running waterfall, we couldn't find Zerstörer. I thought he would be down in the water swimming around but Devina told me that he was gone.

"There is no reason to chase him."

"Why?"

"Because he will come out eventually."

I was like that one grape that no one wanted to eat. Just standing there watching the action unfold. I couldn't keep up with any of Devina's thoughts or plans and it made me confused and anxious whenever something happened.

"Devina… can you please tell me what we are going to do now?"

"Well, first of all, we are going to make those 400 bags of meth and an extra 400 batches."

That's over 1600 grams of methamphetamine, why would we need that much?

"I thought you would be helping me speed up the process a little bit. I have a few things that I need to take care of so this business is a little too much."

If anything, the more our products hit the streets of Nautilus the more recognition it would get. That means Zerstörer would have to take action faster to disband our business or take our business for himself. His drug empire could fall if our product becomes the go-to high.

"Alright then Devina, I will do it."

Fiviana is cured but Emovi still has that curse gnawing away at her soul and body. Every second she is suffering and it is my responsibility as the older brother to save her.

I want her to live with happiness, live with freedom.

Devina teleported us back to the lab. The sun shone straight through the skylights. Our eyes adjusted to the bright lights and the churns of the sea.

I pull off my leather jacket and put on my lab coat waiting for Devina to do the same. While taking off her jacket, she accidentally pulled up her shirt under it.

"Whoopsie, you stay."

Our time at the lab was pretty fun. Science and chemistry always gave my soul enlightenment. It would make my heart race and soothe my eyes with all the science. Being able to experiment and see your hypothesis play out is so fun!

A few hours later our 800 batches of methamphetamine laid on the table.

I imagined the freedom of Emovi and the sacrifices I had to make. I just pictured her face, her fever, her death.

Soon enough, black ooze came out of my cheek and Devina placed it into the crystals and mixed it around. Then the same packeting process, weighing it to make sure it was 2 grams in each bag and then placing them in a box which Devina stored in her blue dimension.

After a day, we had finished cooking all the things we needed. Devina gave me instructions on how to distribute my crystal in the underground.

She wrote everything down on a piece of paper and gave it to me just to make sure I didn't mess up anything.

She took out one of the boxes and gave it to me. Go to that grey concrete building and ask for Omi.

And from there on, Omi would take care of the dirty business for me. I followed Devina's instructions and went inside the party room.

Blaring music and drunk singers were singing hymns and high people were dancing along with the rhythm. I went up to the bartender and asked for Nautical. He hastily and nimbly served the drink cold to me. Then I pushed the drink to my right.

A teenager with a black beanie on his head sat there smoking a cigarette. His face was bony and he had thin eyebrows with narrow eyes that made his gaze look threatening.

He had a normal build with a white t-shirt that showed his veiny arms.

"Omi right?"

He didn't respond, nor did he take my drink. He continued staring into the ceiling while blowing out puffs of smoke.

"I was told that you could handle 400 bags."

He straightened his back and turned to me. Scrutinizing me before taking my drink and slowly drinking it.

"I can."
