Ackster exchanged an excited look with Mio before yanking the door open, prepared for both treasures and defensive mechanisms. However, what greeted them wasn't anything worthy of their excitement. It was just a simple drawing room with a table, two chairs, and two couches in the middle. But there was a door on the other side.
After looking around the room briefly and confirming it was just a place to rest and receive guests coming from the box of death entrance and that there weren't any hidden entrances, Ackster and Mio opened the door. This time, another corridor greeted them.
But this corridor wasn't bare, spare for torches. It still had the blue flickering lights, but it also had doors lining the walls. It was the same simple design as the previous doors they had passed through.
Naturally, Ackster opened and rummaged through each and every disappointingly empty bedroom.
