(Mana is exactly as how your previous world has portrayed it. It honestly is quite impressive how humans can predict things from other worlds.)
(Ki is extremely similar to the energy from the cultivation novels humans enjoy as well.)
(Mana, however, is considered a superior energy simply due to its easier cultivation and it's higher output. In addition to this, unlike Ki, you are able to infuse mana with concepts like fire or water to experience a stronger magic.)

(Now, as this world progresses, they will create ways of storing time and counting it. These are called clocks. Clocks, however, are not limited to what you know of as a clock, a clock could simply be something with Time oriented Mana infused in it.
(As I am sure that you have guessed, your magic is restricted to Time infused Mana.)
(As the world starts to create clocks, you may be able to "Manifest" yourself through them.)
(You may also choose to look through clocks, change the time on the clocks, and do anything, so long as it is related to the very clocks where your power originates.)
