Cave Crawlers are Earthbound Immortals' natural allies.
It's common knowledge that the amber-like blood in their bodies can have a hardening effect similar to stabilizing the walls of the cave passages. This effect can prevent cave collapses, and it's often used to support the excavation of large mine passages. Moreover, Cave Crawlers' digestive fluids represent a natural smelting process. By consuming various metals and then excreting them after condensation, it's a perfect method of smelting. Their own weapons are crafted using this technique, and so Earthbound Immortals' weapons are typically of high-quality craftsmanship, sometimes reaching premium status if rare or precious metals are involved. However, obtaining enchanted weapons still requires a separate process.
