Zhang Xiu was flabbergasted by what she heard, and her eyes opened so widely that they were likely going to fall out of their sockets anytime soon.
"Wait… WHAT!?" She exclaimed. Her voice was so loud that she had to cover her mouth and hope that Wang Chen's parents didn't hear her. After waiting and not hearing any sound again coming from the living room, she quieted down her voice and began speaking in whispers, "You're telling me that the Hanshu Martial Hall is in this city?" She asked again.
Wang Chen leaned in to listen to her. "More like the city was built around the martial hall," he replied.
Zhang Xiu was extremely surprised, and that slowly turned into anger. "Then why the hell didn't we just go there directly?" She complained with a low yell, which wasn't too different from a whisper.
