Saika's heart fluttered while glancing shyly at Ryu.

Ryu looked down to see her adorable underwear, and no elephant under her trunks.
Seeing Ryu's realization, Subaru's eyes were wide with a mix of fury and embarrassment, and the flush on her cheeks only intensified the intensity of her deadly glare.
In the next second, it was as if she made her choice. Her eyes stared at Ryu as if he was a dead man.
Realizing what was happening, Ryu turned and bolted from the restroom, his heart racing.
He could practically feel the heat of her furious glare on his back as he dashed down the hallway, desperate to escape the wrath of the girl he had inadvertently crossed.
"You!"
Ryu barely made it out of the restroom when he heard Subaru's voice slice through the air. "You!" she shouted, her tone filled with rage.
His heart sank as he realized she was coming after him.
Without looking back, he sprinted down the hallway, adrenaline fueling his every step.
"Get back here!" Subaru yelled, her footsteps echoing behind him, relentless and furious.
Ryu could feel the urgency in her voice; she was not going to let this go easily.
He rounded a corner, dodging students who stared in confusion as he sped past.
Ryu glanced over his shoulder, catching a glimpse of Subaru's determined expression—she was gaining on him.
The flush on her cheeks had deepened, but it only added to the fire in her eyes.
"Why are you running away?!" she shouted, her voice filled with indignation.
Ryu's mind raced as he searched for an escape route.
He could hear her footsteps growing louder, the sound a constant reminder that he needed to think fast.
He ducked into a nearby classroom, hoping to lose her in the crowd.

Ryu pressed himself against the wall, breathless and wide-eyed.
He could hear her pacing just outside, and he knew he had to act quickly. The door suddenly swung open, and there she was, eyes blazing with intensity.
"There you are!" she exclaimed, a mix of anger and embarrassment painting her features.
Ryu didn't wait for her to take another step.
He darted past her and back into the hallway, the chase resuming once again.
"Stop running!" Subaru yelled, laughter lacing her tone despite her anger.
With every step, Ryu could feel the thrill of the chase, mixed with the dread of what would happen if she caught him.
He dashed through the school, weaving around lockers and students, desperately hoping to put enough distance between them before Subaru's fury caught up with him.
He was quite shocked that she was just as fast as him despite him being so strong.
However, she had inhuman strength in the anime, and Ryu didn't focus on speed, so it made a bit of sense for her to catch up to him
They were both panting.
"What's going to happen next?" Ryu asked.
"I have to eliminate you to keep my secret," Subaru replied.
Ryu knew that she wasn't likely going to eliminate him as she was from a slice-of-life/romance anime.
"How about I take you as my bride instead?" Ryu replied.
"What?" Subaru was really confused.

Ryu couldn't help but hear laughter from beside them.
