Jian Dan went back to the editing room with the cooked instant noodles…
"Uncle, it smells great, right?" Jian Dan brought the instant noodles to Chu Liyuan.
"Yes."
"It'll be ready in a few minutes."
Five minutes later…
"Wow, this smells so good!" She lifted the lid on the cup of instant noodles and the fragrance wafted through the air.
Jian Dan couldn't wait to take a bite. "Oh! It's so hot!" She was too eager.
And scalded her mouth.
"Let me take a look!" Chu Liyuan hurriedly lifted her chin…
"Uncle, don't worry. I'm fine."
Chu Liyuan was not assured by Jian Dan's words. He only felt at ease after checking it himself.
He took the cup of instant noodles from Jian Dan's hand and forked up a mouthful of the noodles. After blowing on it to cool it down, he brought it to Jian Dan's mouth. "You make me worry even when eating instant noodles."
