Society has grown into something unrecognizable. Something with a beyond obsession with keeping our population under control. Those are the words of Reijirou Aragami. One day he receives a letter telling him that he is a participant in the New World Game and that they will pick him up in 3 days. He passes it of as a joke but soon understands that could not be further from the truth.

I heard a rumble, this caused me to look up at the dark sky. Nothing had ever actually been true before. I had been living a lie. I was widening out my arms and took it all in. Suddenly I started laughing out loud. It was so absurdly ironic how could I ever hold myself from laughing. For the first time I truly felt cold drops hit my face.
