*Crackling*
*Snapping*
A fiery blaze fluttering in the winds -
The ashes and odors of their deceased brethen and sisters have perished under the cold wind and peaceful lake underneath it and believed to have embraced by the valkyries...
People gathered round' the cemetery and prayed for their safe journey.
One viking does not share these faith for he believe only in himself and no gods can restrain him or his fellow homestead men.
He is known to many by his fearmongering nosehelm and conqueror of fear - 'Jokgarr, Slayer of Monsters '
**
The fearless viking who always wear the noseguard helm that hid his unimpressive face marched upon the soil of his new home -
He returned to his own domain where his lies his reason to continue as a Slayer.
" Jigmeh! How was the burial ceremony? "
Upon his arrival, he was greeted by a woman who is a dwarf compared to his colossial height - If she was 5'10 then he would be 2 feet taller than her!
" I have returned, modor Yrel - the moral of our men has yet to settled in, those cowardly sirens have diwindled our blood by a large population! "
The Viking kneeled to his knee and gaze upward to meet the one speaking to him - his mother and a formidable caretaker,
The viking knew he wouldn't be able to have this honor if it weren't for this woman that took him under her wing during a war which costed his blood's family life.
Life was always a struggle - he believed, but his foster-mother took the burden of raising a young seedling in the age of famine, she would starve and he would be healthy and strong.
That torturious life been going on for years...Until he was ready to become a fighter.
She was his role-model and embodiment of ideals he would serve from the moment he took up the sword and slay those who would harm his men and people.
" My boy, Jigmeh - you should take your time to be at peace! There are fighters that follow and serve you now, why not take this chance to deepened the bond between you and Julie? "
Yrel patted her boy on the shoulder with a jesting comment - it clears that the woman wished her son, the opportunity with her daughter-in-law.
" Don't embrassed me like that, modor, "
" I want to honor her wish, perhaps i will be leaving this mortal plane at any given time - i do not wish to burden her with my death. "
Jigmeh looked down and patted his helm - and embarassed he was, be that as may be - he was declaring on his sincere honest opinion and expressed his concerns about his fiancee.
" That's exactly the cause of my concerns, boy. If you do not learn to feel the joy of life, your regrets in death will be a curse for you. "
Yrel glowered as her child not seeming to crack the wisdom inside that thick skull of his,
'Oh well, he will understand eventually' she noted to herself.
Jigmeh contemplate on his mother's words, but couldn't find himself to understand why.
If he was keeping people safe and happy, what is there to regret about?
"Moder, i'll go take a rest now - I have to head out to slay sea beasts tommorow. "
Jigmeh insisted on wondering about it tommorow, since there is always one as usual right?
"Good night, Jigmeh, "
" I'll be singing about your valor tommorow - make sure to be there, all right? "
" I will heed your words, modor. "
With those spoken words, he retired to his sleeping quarters that was lit with campfire and blazing lantern -
It was glorious and filled with hay just as usual.
Despite that, he can sense a new unfamiliar presence in this room...
" Show yourself! "
He threatened the new intruder in his home - however when he returned the gaze, he found himself to be in front of a beast...no rather it was something he couldn't explain,
'The Leviathan of the monsters'
It was glaring at him, despite not having any appearance and but purely composed of a dark shade - it was undoubtedly mightier and other-wordly than anything he had ever faced.
**
"System, what happened?"
Aldritch stagnant on the strange floorboards and unable to comprehend on what occured to him -
At one point his conciousness awakened at a new world entirely, only to find his self in a rustling atmosphere with flaming lantern and fire hazardous haybale everywhere.
[ I neglected to explain to you, since it's your first time - nevertheless, this is the realm of your 'summon' ]
[ It should be fairly obvious to you, the one in front of you is that individual you're seeking. ]
Upon being informed by the system, he dawdled in getting used to the place - he couldn't smell nor felt anything from the realm.
His appearance morphed into a freaky shadow-replica in place of where his human sillhouette would be.
'It doesn't matter, that strong looking viking now belongs to me right?'
Aldritch ignored the abnormality regarding his constitution and appearance and attempted to communicate with the fighter that is threatening to hear him out - However there is one plight he is currently facing.
He doesn't have a slightest clue on how to utter, enunciate a grunt or voice!
Hey, system - what the frick is this?
**
The 'Leviathan' as he pronounced it to be - It's simply standing there eyeballing his mortal body menacingly...
Jigmeh wasn't certain what it desired from him nor what purpose it holds, he couldn't attack it - It's the natural instinct he developed as a fighter that it's something he couldn't provoke carelessly.
" Not going to declare your identity? "
He emphasized on probing into the Leviathan's impetus for barging into his home - As if it was furthermore futile, the entity did not respond to his claims,
It didn't culminated any reaction as if he was experiencing a hallucination that could not give him the sastifaction of acknowledging him...
" Admirable, if standing next to me is your purpose then so be it! I am not afraid of neighbouring a monster while i slumber - it will be a tale for the future generations! "
And with that fierce declaration - the viking swiftly tug on his haystacks and firmly turn a blind eyes on his beloved bed.
Concurrently - Aldritch is befalling apart mentally and cursing the system for not giving him a proper tutorial on how to communicate, he could only wander around the house and village as his "summon" has gotten weary of him.
**
"Jokarr is hunting again! How brave of him, he's a true hero."
one of the men had proclaimed as he has been one of the originals that followed Jigmeh for a duration of his youth.
" Father, i want to be like the Slayer when i become a fighter like you! "
One of the kids declared that while peeping on Jigmeh as he left his usual hunts.
" Little Grich, you will get the chance - after all the slayer of monsters will retire someday and i want you to be his disciple! "
The father responded as he knew that Jigmeh was on a league on his own - it was impossible to surpass or get close to his fearless strength, even so it was good to dream in these times of danger.
In company of clamour and rally from the village - He sets off to the sea where lies the beasts that inspire even fear in his men.
Aldritch obviously trailed after him, due to the fact the viking was worthy enough to be his summon - after some time investigating, he realized two facts.
First and foremost, the villagers could not percieve him or felt his existence.
This implies he might be in a state of 'ephemerial' similarily to a ghost or a guardian angel that could not be seen by ordinary means.
Second, his summon has his fair share of herculean of feats that he happens to overhear from the villagers - He is willing to glimpse into his new summon's capabilities if they were as legendary as the bards sung about.

A chaotic rhythm and moisten wet droplets fell upon the small fishing boat - This would be existing view only found in paintings.
But in reality the view first hand would look akin to a disasterious typhoon and tsunami on a titanic scale.
The tides moves in an irrational swirl and the depth of it would make any mortals fluctuate, the mammoth drenched rocky cliffs was sharp and baleful to the mortality itself!
Jigmeh confronted by these elements does not falter, in opposed to it - the viking wore a grin that make all fear crumble and obey him, this was his fight to conquer.
Whether it was enemies or the landscape - All shall cower before his fear indulging banquet!
Aldritch had to acknowledge, despite being given an 'omniscient' mode by the system, the oceanic terrain has given him some psychological burden alone.
However, whether or not this proves Jigmeh is just a peaceful ambitions.
Aldritch was in fact anticipating and terrific on the expectations!
"Mystical being...i do not know why you're here or that you've been a witness like Odin's crows, "
" I frankly wouldn't dare to fathom your intentions - Come what may, i am grateful to be able to have someone witness my tales. "
" Watch me, Leviathan! The Slayer of Monsters will slaughter even fearsome beasts like you!"
The Viking cannoned into the depths of hell as he made the declaration,
The twisted seas has swallowed the warrior and the shadows of titanic sea beasts only deepened the darkness in that hellish typhoon.
Aldritch could only observe in glee,
He secured the desirable person to be his summon!
