[System prompt: Tinkers' Reforged Module starts downloading.]
Upon hearing this system prompt, Fang Mo couldn't help but raise his eyebrows.
Seeing Eitri, who was fiddling with a crucible and metals not far away, Fang Mo couldn't help but think, "It's all thanks to you." Just a casual move can trigger a module download; he's truly a master forger in the Marvel world.
If he ever gets the chance to visit the League of Legends universe, he definitely wouldn't want to miss the chance to talk to Ornn about ideals.
Of course, besides that, master forgers from other worlds are also welcome.
Like Oetsu Nimaiya from Bleach, Melk from Toriko, and so on.
As Fang Mo was lost in thought,
Eitri, The Dwarf King not far away, pulled a weapon out of the mold.
"Alright, it's done."
Eitri placed this curved weapon into a nearby water pool for quenching, then wiped it a few times with a soft cloth: "Here, take a look."
"Oh."
Fang Mo took the weapon and examined it.
Although the material wasn't made from Uru metal, it was still a weapon hand-made by the Dwarf King. It looked pretty good and would certainly be a sharp tool on Earth.
"How is it?"
Eitri was quite confident in his skills, Smiling at Fang Moe with his chest high: "My forging technique is pretty good, isn't it?"
"Indeed."
Fang Mo nodded, then immediately took out the enchantment altar.
Fang Mo placed a piece of Lapiz Azuli at each corner, then placed the curved sword at the altar's center. A mysterious power emanated from his hand, enveloping the weapon.
As the Lapiz Azuli turned into powder and vanished, the weapon began to emit a faint purple-gold glow.
Fang Mo picked up the weapon and found that it now had a Durability III enchantment.
"Hmm?"
Eitri also noticed that the weapon had changed, examining it: "This is indeed a magical blessing, but it doesn't seem to align with Asgard's magic system?"
"Different systems of power."
Fang Mo simply explained with a shrug.
Just then, the previously unlocked Tinkers' Reforged Module had finished downloading. A prompt appeared in Fang Mo's mind.
[System prompt: Tinkers Reforged Module download complete, load now?]
Fang Mo mentally confirmed.
[System prompt: Tinkers' Reforged Module successfully loaded.]
[System prompt: Due to downloading and running a new module, you received a Lucky Block which will randomly draw an item from any known modules.]
Accompanying the system prompt, Steve's inventory once again received another Lucky Block.
And seeing the growing number of Lucky Blocks in his inventory,
Fang Mo's mood instantly soared.
After all, he had just arrived in Nidavellir and already unlocked four modules. It seemed like this place was indeed a module paradise, just as he had thought.
With that in mind, Fang Mo hurried Eitri along.
"Maybe you can look for blueprints first. I can explore the area on my own; I'm quite interested in this place."
"Sure."
Enthralled by Fang Mo's magical blessing, Eitri immediately agreed without hesitation: "I'll research this weapon first and find blueprints for you shortly."
"Suit yourself."
Fang Mo shrugged, then turned and left.
The overall area of Nidavellir was quite small. After all, its star had collapsed into a neutron star. This celestial body has an extremely high mass density, and the dwarves had built a ring around it. The scale of the ring couldn't possibly be large.
In the source material, there seemed to only be around 300 dwarves living here.
Fang Mo left Eitri's room, greeted other dwarves, and then started to wander around.
Passing through the dining hall where the dwarves ate, as well as the living and resting areas, Fang Mo quickly arrived at their workspace. Then he began his series of "Michael Jackson Hand" activities, touching whatever he could find—gemstones, metals, tools, armor...
Even a red-hot crucible didn't escape Fang Mo's probing hands.
After all, Fang Mo possessed the Ring of Arcana and Volcanite Amulet, so mere high temperatures could hardly harm him.
And it was precisely because of his outrageous behavior, that in no time, Fang Mo found a Tinkers' Construct Armor Expansion Module on a piece of armor.
Following that, he also touched on the soul level of a weapon said to be evolvable, as well as evolution modules for that weapon's soul.
In addition to this, various modules like more puppet extensions, magical soul, armor integration with blood magic, Tinkers' Construct creation skulls, metallurgy, and Tinkers' expansion were successively researched by him.
Quite Honestly, Fang Mo was beyond thrilled.
If the Geochest was not so limited in size, he would even consider taking Nidavellir away with him.
Including the chisel module that Fang Mo had previously discovered in Asgard, he now had accumulated a total of fifteen lucky blocks.
'It really was the right decision to come to Nidavellir.' He smiled lightly
In just half a day, Fang Mo had integrated an entire set of Tinker' Construct modules.
Although he wasn't entirely sure why some modules that he hadn't initially installed (like more puppets + blood magic) were unlocked and related to the Tinkers' Construct, who cares? As long as he got the lucky blocks, it was fine.
Now Fang Mo ordered Steve to open the Manual, and there were all sorts of strange metals and characteristics that even he found a bit confusing.
There were four or five pages of materials alone.
Some materials even had two or even more than three entirely different characteristics.
Like the previously mentioned ruby, its original characteristic was Bloody Mary, which caused the enemy to bleed after being attacked and dealt additional damage based on the amount of blood.
But now, a new characteristic called Life has been added to it.
This new characteristic, like the Revival effect, allowed for two extra hearts when made into armor or held as a weapon.
However, these two characteristics seemed to conflict and could not be active at the same time.
It felt as if there was a BUG between the modules.
As for this situation, Fang Mo did have some vague guesses.
Each Creator of the Tinkers' module had different ideas; some thought that steel weapons should be incredibly sharp, while others thought they should be durable and wear-resistant.
If you only installed one add-on, then only one set of characteristics would activate.
But if you installed two at the same time, the game would either crash or there would be a conflict between modules; whichever add-on had higher priority would take effect.
Unfortunately, Fang Mo's MC world now existed in reality and was different from the game he played before.
So a game crash was certainly not possible, at most there would be some conflict, but since Fang Mo was still in the Marvel universe and had not returned to the MC world, he was unsure how to resolve this conflict.
He did want to return to the MC world to do some research.
However, Because Eitri is still helping him create the Infinity Gauntlet, and the Aether particles are still in liquid form and have not turned back into The Reality Stone, Fang Mo couldn't leave.
Speaking of Eitri, the guy quickly found Fang Mo.
"Sorry, I seem to have lost the blueprints."
Eitri scratched his head a bit awkwardly, and before Fang Mo could react, he immediately said, "But no worries, I can make you a brand-new Infinity Gauntlet; it'll just take a bit more time."
"You...," Fang Mo opened his mouth, but ultimately just sighed, "Alright, take your time."
After all, Nidavellir had helped him unlock fourteen new modules; even Asgard hadn't been this generous. Since the other party hadn't refused him, a little delay was acceptable.
"You know, if all you want is to control the stone's power, a staff would suffice," Eitri Suggested
Seeing Fang Mo hesitate, Eitri Chuckle: "Fine, If you insist on making it into a gauntlet, each joint would need to be individually cast and polished, which would take a lot of time. If you can't wait, you could ask Odin; I've made one for him before. If he hasn't thrown it away, you could try borrowing it."
"Hm?"
Hearing Eitri's words, Fang Mo had a revelation.
He had forgotten about that.
Indeed, there was an Infinity Gauntlet in Asgard's treasury.
However, the craftsmanship of that gauntlet was a bit crude, with several unknown gems embedded in it.
Hela had thrown it away like garbage in Thor 3 and declared it was fake. Fang Mo had assumed it was fake based on what he saw in the movie.
But thinking about it now, what Hela called fake might just be the gems on it.
"If you can bring that gauntlet, it could save a lot of time."
Seeing Fang Mo's expression, Eitri probably guessed he had been to Odin's treasury and continued: "Although it's just a prototype, my skills have matured a lot now and I assure you I can improve and reshape it based on that."
"Hold on..."
Upon hearing this, Fang Mo was tempted. He reached into the adjacent space.
The original space shattered into a dark hole, and Fang Mo reached in to pull out a bright golden gauntlet with six differently colored gems on it.
However, what he didn't expect was...
As soon as he pulled out the Infinity Gauntlet, a system prompt sounded in his mind.
Unlike the previous soul module prompts, this one made him incredulous the moment it appeared.
[System prompt: Item 'Infinity Gauntlet' researched, you gain 9% new module download permission.]
