Chapter 44 - Journey Amidst Ruins

After replenishing his mana through meditation, Adam resumed his attempts to create a ball of mana on top of his hand. This time, he approached the task with a deeper level of contemplation. He began by releasing a strand of mana from his fingertip and focused on controlling it through sheer willpower. The first few tries ended in failure, but he refused to be discouraged. Undeterred, he made several more attempts, each costing him only 5 mana points. On the sixth try, success finally greeted him.
