"Taking over the world is easier said than done," I replied.

Nodding to Cyra a thought suddenly came to mind, "You said that the Evolutionary Order protects the weak from the strong, is that why you only observe me when I fight."
"Yes. If I were to participate in such mundane battles I would be punished by the Evolutionary Order depending on the severity of my interferance. But some factions have found loopholes."
"Loopholes?" I questioned.
"Yes. They make contact with the citizens of the worlds they wish to conquer and get them to do their bidding in return for a reward of their choosing."
