I had a nice day yesterday. It was filled with a lot of fun. After spending time going everywhere yesterday. I went on a date with Kul. Well, she calls it a date. I call it a hangout event. Didn't want to ruin her day by getting technical so I allowed her to call it whatever she wanted to call it. It was a good day because it was cheap. My dad gave me 300 silver for the hangout.
It's free money no way would I decline the money. It is weird how he gave me money to hang out with a friend. Maybe he pulled it from my allowance. Not sure but who cares. It was a peaceful day with a cute girl. Most of my friends would want some simple pleasures like that.
Now I want the simple pleasure to read my books. I bought books and scrolls from a shop. It had a tiny little elf girl in the shop. Her appearance is caused by a curse. I didn't care that much. I was interested in the cheap books. I wonder why they were so cheap. Must be because that girl drives potential customers away.
She looks like an eight-year-old and she smokes fat cigars. Most people would be scared to ever come back. She also might be a witch. Witches aren't banned in this country but they aren't welcomed. They are just a person. Despite the country's viewpoint on them. The residents hate witches. I could care less for them. Now dragons are a different issue.
I am glad in this world dragons went extinct. In a way they did. There is a way to revive a dragon using its bones. That practice has been banned for centuries. There are stories of a dragon being tamed by a human. Even if they are tamed they are like Jonathan's Experiment. He made a cannon out of glass. Powerful but after one shot it shattered.
Dragons are powerful but they are dangerous. After the Great Dragon Disaster 1300 years ago. The Great Dragon Slaying Campaign went on. It took three hundred years but humans were able to kill all dragons. It took so long because the dragons developed magic to revive themselves.
It's hard to annihilate an enemy if they revive over and over. I am not an expert on dragons. Since they are extinct, studying them isn't necessary anymore. Even if I did, I don't know much about them. Ignoring dragons and my ost few days I have monsters to slay! I also should take some quests.
I am low on money. No or low on money means no more intimacy. No intimacy means no more skills. And no more skills means I am a small weak man.
No one wants to be weak. That includes me. I have been weak for so long. I struggled every day to get so few stat points added to the various slots. I found a way to help me catch up yet I am being lazy and not doing my best to get more powers. I need to work even harder since I have been resting for too long. Breaks are good now and then.
What is the definition of a break? To me, a break is a day off. I am now on my second day off. Wouldn't call this day off a break. More like a…vacation. Yes, a vacation. I would call this a vacation. Are they ok to have?
I am in the wrong mindset maybe. I am too worried about falling behind. It could be because I have gotten lazy. I have been sleeping around and reading all day. Sure that has helped me in a way but, all of this is confusing me. So many mixed feelings about my work. I will attack tomorrow with great force! I will kill wolves and boars!
