"Hey! You still need to rest, where do you think you are going?" Lin Chuxuan inquired upon seeing Lian Chen getting up from the bed.
With a sense of urgency, Lian Chen swiftly turned around and replied, "I need to go find Xiao Huan! She must be worried sick about me."
Just as Lin Chuxuan attempted to stop Lian Chen, a reddish-dark bird, standing at 5 feet tall, soared into Lian Chen's arms, causing him to stumble and fall.
Xiao Huan playfully pecked at Lian Chen's face, expressing her joy and delight at Lian Chen waking up.

"Yin'er, why don't you go out and play with Xiao Huan? I have something to discuss with Lian Chen," Lin Chuxuan suggested, prompting Lin Meiyin to spend some time with the bird while they held their conversation.
"Alright! Let's go Xiao Huan!" Lin Meiyin cutely said and tucked Xiao Huan to leave the room.
"Thank you, Elder Lin, for looking after Xiao Huan while I was asleep," Lian Chen expressed his gratitude to Lin Chuxuan for taking care of Xiao Huan while he was asleep.
"It's nothing significant. Especially now that you're hailed as the hero and renowned within the Buddha Benevolent Sect," Lin Chuxuan replied modestly.
